We got our puppy 3 weeks ago from Golden Crest Retrievers and he is THE BEST! He's a perfect mix of lots of energy and chill. Robyn and Mark communicated well with us and answered all of our questions right away. We highly recommend Golden Crest Retrievers if you're looking for a Golden!

We couldn’t recommend Golden Crest Retrievers enough! Our family was lucky enough to add Oakley into our family from Claire and Coppers litter (Mr. Green) in the beginning of 2023. He is the best dog than we ever could’ve imagined. He’s never met a dog or person that wasn’t his best friend, he has unlimited love and smiles for everyone, and we just love this dog more than we could’ve imagined. He’s also a total ham for the camera! We also had a son a few months back and he is so incredible and nurturing toward him, a testament to how he was raised with kids when he was a young pup. It’s clear how much investment and love they put into their puppies, and we couldn’t recommend them enough or be more thankful for our pup!

Robyn and Mark were highly communicative with us as we live in New Mexico.
We were given weekly updates and details needed to assist in puppy transitioning to their new home.
We are blessed to have gotten Bailey Joy from one of Bailey's litters (born 7/10/24) and she has been the sweetest addition to our family.
We have a 20 year old son with autism and she has taken to him with so much love and he loves her. We will forever be grateful for the love, attention and tending to, as our puppy Bailey's personality shows the kindness she was born from. Thank you 🌻 ❤️

4 week update!
Bailey Joy is adjusting and so are we! She's such a joy of rambunctious personality and she is so loved. Adding new pictures as she is growing and is so beautiful. 🩷🌈🌻

Golden Crest Retriever's are high end, incredible quality and professional dog breeders. I did the guardian program with them and was able to get a 2 year old beautiful cream retriever. She is the sweetest dog. She is healthy and smart. I saw the setup for housing and dog breeding and was so impressed. This family, of all ages, takes amazing care of each of their dogs and houses them in a clean and appropriate way. The quality, love and training the dogs receive from birth make me think their dogs are underpriced. I am looking forward to getting a second puppy from Robyn and her family. Highly recommend you use this breeder! They certify and have paperwork for all their dogs too! Don’t fall for a puppy mill or lesser quality dog.

I don't think it's fair that I can only leave 5 stars because these folks deserve 10+ stars! They are very friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. I was welcomed to text or call any questions I had at any time and my inquiries were answered promptly. I have had my new puppy home for 3 days now. She has undergone her wellness check with her vet and everything looks good. My puppy is playful and extremely affectionate. Her favorite place to nap is my lap! I highly recommend Prairie Wind Pets to anyone looking for a healthy, loving furry companion. Robyn was a pleasure to work with and made the experience simple. And when they say you get a big bag of dog food to take home, they are not exaggerating. I will definitely be back when I am ready for another puppy.

Update 3/17:

Grace is now almost 5 months old and has grown to over 15 lbs. I have added some new pictures. If you're looking for a Goldendoodle, this is the place.

Update 11/8

Grace is now a year old and a healthy, happy pup! She weighs just at 25 lbs and is full of life. I have just included pictures of her as fully grown.

We had a great experience with Golden Crest. Robyn was very communicative before and after we picked up our puppy. When we brought our puppy home, she adjusted very quickly. She is sweet and mild mannered. We attribute her temperament to the care she received in the first 8 weeks of her life, her parents, the neurological stimulation program Golden Crest gives each dog and the love she received from Robyn and her family! Thank you for such a wonderful experience and beautiful puppy. We are so excited to bring this beautiful thing into our home and love her for many years. If we need another golden retriever puppy, we will be back!!

My wife and I had an amazing experience with Prairie Wind Pets. Robyn and her entire family were incredibly responsive as we drove in from Chicago, and once we arrived showed us around their farm. We were completely impressed with the puppies, mothers and rest of the dogs in their care, and ended up taking home our new little mini aussiedoodle Louie. We just love him. Robyn and her husband were very helpful providing us with new puppy insights and tips that made the next few weeks very easy. Overall we would highly recommend Prairie Wind Pets!
