Took my dog here to give her a bath, the employee Sara was there we told her about our dogs skin issues, she recommended something which totally helped this was last month, we just went in today she remembered us and said that our dog looked better after using three conditioner. Sara was so nice and helpful not sure of her title but if she's not a manager she should be. The staff is always friendly and helpful great place to go wash your pets,

One of my least favorite things is when I go to a store after looking and confirming service / product on website and then having a worker tell me I am wrong as if it is fact without an apology. Everything i read told me the hours and that they did nail trimming so I show up with my dog and the worker says “we don’t do nail trimming until 4 pm” okay I don’t even mind but the lack of customer service and apologizing for something that is not listed anywhere and I wasted my time coming over with my dog - yikes not a fan. I really like this store and all the associates I have interacted w there until today!

I was inside with my dog at 6:35PM and was told they close the dog wash stations at 6:30 PM. Probably should update google about this fact. Nobody goes to your store for food so...

Love this place. They have a self-serve dog wash that is reasonably priced and has everything you'll need to give your dog a thorough washing plus they have a little room with dryers so if your dog has a thick coat like mochi here you can get them dry before you get back in your car with a sopping wet dog. They also do nail trims which I appreciate because I hate hate hate trimming my dog's nails and a great selection of toys, treats and seriously high quality food. I highly recommend

I only come for the self wash stations. Everyone is friendly, however I feel like the employees are forced to push other products to boost sales.

Pros: Clean store, helpful employees. Self wash stations are rarely full. The dry stations are nice, and I appreciate they have brushes and perfume/cologne for your dog when they’re done.

Cons: The self wash comes in at over $16. Seems a bit high honestly. But if you’re coming for the convenience of unlimited water, shampoo, conditioner, and a dry station....then it’s not a horrible price.

One of the employees, Caroline is very rude. My husband and I came in to wash our dog around 4:10/4:15 and she rudely told us that they were shutting down the wash stations at 4:30. The website says that admissions to the wash stations end 30mins prior to closing. I interpreted this as if you arrive before 4:30, you can still was your dog. Please let me know if I’m wrong. If I’m wrong, the phrasing should be changed on the website. I attached a photo of what the website says. We arrived well within that time frame to wash the dog. I told Caroline this and she rudely said, I’m just an employee, I don’t make the rules. All while rolling her eyes! We’ve never been here before, so we weren’t sure if we could wash and dry her in 15 mins. We left and went to Brookside Barkery in Shawnee, where the employees are super friendly and helpful!

We love getting our dogs groomed the best until
10/26/2021 robbin the groomer had done both of are dogs for two years and and on the 26th she got covid and they fired her after we had finally got in contact with her she told us what they have done and on top of that a day earlier they told us that she was coming back but didn't ! Know when and it was a lie I would not have your dogs groomed there . not very good knowledgeable of grooming here before with Robin on left and right there other groomers if you love your pet like we love ours run from here.
