I have been coming to this store For about a year to get food for my first cat. The store associates have been always so helpful; Even more now with my 2nd cat who has developed food allergies/sensitivity out of nowhere. I cannot tell you how appreciative I am of the staff who has actively listened to me when I needed guidance with the food options. I have completely felt so well supported by the team. And not only that every time I am here- which is often- I am greeted with a very warm hello. Also every time I have been at this store the staff goes out pf their way to help me.

They have quality food for cats& dogs but they also have great selection And plenty of other necessities for pets.

I am convinced that the staff truly loves animals by how much effort they put into their work. I am not exaggerating. I am only sharing my personal experience with them and it hasn’t been a “fluke” because when I am not working or sleeping I am at this store.

Having a pet who has food allergies is not easy or cheap but this whole journey of me finding something that my cat likes without impacting his health has been a lot easier with them. They are very knowledgeable, respectful, resourceful, professional, patient and genuinely kind.

I hate returning stuff but I do not control my cats likes ( I wish haha). However the staff always remind me that when an opened bag is returned, it is donated to different shelters. Just them assuring me of this makes a loyal customer of theirs.

You can find cheaper food elsewhere but they might not be good quality as you would find in this store. Also the level that pf customer service skills this team has cannot be easily found. It makes my money’s worth.

The same feedback applies to the store at Weston and Hwy 7.

They’re so amazing. Please give them a try. You won’t regret it

When I recently got two kittens I needed everything to get them setup, I found this location on social media as they have a great IG and couldn’t be happier that I did. The staff is great, Natalia was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and helpful in making sure I had everything I needed and more. My kittens couldn’t be happier either. Thanks team

This is probably one of the best stores I've been to in such a long time! For background, I have a small dog and when I went Global Pet Food store at Major Mackenzie, Alyse, was the person who assisted me with all my questions regarding my dog's nutrition along with suggesting certain products that I will definitely check out in the near future. Alyse and her team at Global Pet Food are amazing and very knowledgeable. Alyse took the time to go through everything my dog might need considering my beautiful dog, Taco, has special dietary needs. Alyse was very welcoming and knows a lot about dry food vs. raw food. This store is amazing!!!! Please visit, you will not regret!!!!

Great options for raw food at great prices. Many choices of quality food, treats, and pet products. Friendly staff at this location too. They are so helpful, always asking if I need a hand with my giant boxes for my giant dogs. Like, every time! Even though I always say no thank you, because I don’t need the help. It’s just thoughtful for those that do need a hand. Most of the staff also remember me and ask about my pets. The store is always super SUPER clean and organized. It is a smaller store, but has everything that you need for dogs, cats, and smaller pets (hamsters, bunnies, birds, etc.).

Gr8 staff. Would have easily given 5 stars if there were more tuff dog toys. There were some but not enough. Gr8 store I'd recommend 👌🏾
