Nice people but very slow operation. No movement over lunch followed by people streaming back and forth all afternoon to a convenience store across the street. Sat in the one and ONLY door nearly an hour before the first pallet was loaded. Dock 'N' is designed for a 20' box truck yet are loading 53' semi's. The entire tractor is crosswise in the road. Considered disconnecting but the dock is soft sand and would not support the landing gear.

I came here a few times, first couple of times it wasnt horrible it took them 4 hours to get me in and out but this time I got there for a 2pm appointment didn’t get a dock until 8pm they said it may take a couple of more hours until I get loaded I ended canceling my load, I recommend to not work with them if you dont want to waste your time, they have multiple trucks to load but only 2-3 forklift guys working also office has no communication at all!

I found it easier to turn on to birch street Sign in at the window, then circle around to the doc Kind of tight area, especially when there is several trucks already there. I showed up early and they had me in and out of there in a couple of hours wasn't too bad. Had a good experience. They were friendly and efficient.

First day of the week.You know how Mondays can be. There are several docks at several buildings near Railroad Ave. I didn't have any problems with the personal. I would gladly return again.

You can use ash or birch, sometimes one road blocked by a truck getting loaded. The area isn't salted so you are driving on packed ice and snow.trailer drop yard is on other side of tracks off Wheat st. Not plowed.

These people don't even deserve1 star, stupid place, lazy ass people work here, loading took 7 hrs +, don't waste your time, heavy load bird feed, loading at only one dock, don't care if you on time on appt !!!!!

the doors have standing water most of the time , they don’t care about it , if you refuse to backup these dirty doors they told then we have to refuse the load , good luck 👍🏻

Swift truckers for pre-loaded pickups go to Wheat Street past the train tracks, seal and BOL are inside of the trailer on top of the last pallet. Should be a description on the paper where to drop one signed BOL at.
