I contacted Dr. Jennifer Lee of Gentle Passage when I knew my little dog Ivy, was living her final days. She was only 4 and we were devastated to learn there was no treatment that would save her. I used a different company with our previous older dog when it was her time. I found Dr. Lee to be so compassionate and gentle with Ivy and with us too. She wasn't rushed and took time to talk to us and ensure all our questions were answered. She was so sweet with Ivy and I was comforted to have such a calm and gentle presence with us and Ivy during her final moments. I'm so thankful that I went with Dr. Lee instead of the local company we used last time. I'm still haunted that my older dog yelped when she was given the shot to relax her prior to euthanasia. I hated knowing she felt any pain at all in her final moments. I asked Dr. Lee about making sure Ivy wouldn't feel pain like my last experience with the other company. Dr. Lee used an oral relaxer prior to the shot to relax Ivy. There was no pain and Ivy was calm the whole time. Dr. Lee gave us all the time we needed with Ivy prior and after euthanasia. Dr. Lee also followed up with warm condolences and checked in on us several times. She also provided informational resources for pet grieving. She delivered Ivy's remains in a very thoughtfully and meticulous presentation. Her urn was beautifully wrapped in a velvet, drawstring bag, a thoughtful condolence card including 4 paw and nose prints along with a ceramic paw print with Ivy's name. I highly recommend Dr. Lee of Gentle Passage if you're in need of a compassionate end of life for your beloved pet. If you're like me, you want your precious pup to experience nothing but love and serenity during their last moments on earth with you. Much appreciation and gratitude to Dr. Lee.

This service is really a great option to have. Jennifer was so helpful and answered our questions honestly and with care. She gave us plenty of time and never did we feel rushed to say goodbye. If you find yourself having to say goodbye to your four legged family member, this is 100 percent the way to go. Jennifer was so great the entire time and made such a sad time a little easier.

I can't begin to express how great this is. My dog was terrified of the vets office and I didn't want her to be terrified during her passing. No better way than to be home comfortable and stress free. My dog was 19 years old and she wasnt having a good quality of life anymore. The lady Jennifer was so nice and was real gentle and was compassionate. It was quick and easy. I highly recommend this outfit if u have to go through this unfortunate event with ur pet.
