Luke, Carol and the entire Gentle Hearts team have taken great care of my older kitty for more than a year now. They are very reliable and affordable. I especially like that my kitty is taken care of by the same few people every time, unlike Rover where you are often given someone new every time. Gentle Hearts is amazing. We've been using them for the past three years and always feel at ease leaving our three dogs in Luke's hands. Taking care of three dogs is definitely a handful and I appreciate the updates I get from Luke when we are out of town. Don't waste your time with Wag and Rover where you have no idea who is going into your house and what they do to your fur babies. These guys at Gentle Hearts are truly good people that will love your doggos and treat them like their own. One of my little ones is a rescue that wouldn't let anyone touch him or take him out until I found Luke and Carol. Now he eats treats out of Carol's palm. They also do things like bring in your packages and move your tomatoes to safety before a hail storm (first hand experience). I'm so thankful I found them!

Could not ask for a better, more professional group of people to look after your four legged friends. Carol is absolutely incredible and the love they have for your pets is undeniable. Daily updates with pictures helps put your mind at ease and I could not ask for better communication. My dogs usually get anxious anytime I leave for more than a few hours, but now I think they are looking forward to the next time I leave town. Cannot thank you enough.
