Nice little hotel. Very friendly and helpful and made a thorough effort to make us comfortable. I like a chair to sit in to read and relax after a day of exploring, that would be a terrific addition.

stuck in a storm. and it's wonderful! It was like being at grandma and grandpa's house. everything is clean and very comfortable. when I told them that I was hungry, they brought a mountain of food. Grandpa also has his own museum! excellent owners, the best hotel of its class. 10/10. I don’t understand why someone put 4 stars?!

This lodge was a great last minute find. Very clean. New carpet in the rooms. The AC worked well. Right by the train tracks, never heard a train all night. Must be really well insulated. Cute lobby with coffee and snacks.

Amazing people. Got caught in Akron during a trip to Denver and even though we were stupid tourists they treated us with incredible hospitality. If you're looking for a place to stay during a long trip, stay here!
