Luanna and her team are wonderful! We've been taking our Maltese mixes here for the last 4 years and have been very happy. I recommend making an appointment ahead of time and staying on a consistent schedule- our girls go every 10-12 weeks- as they are very busy (the best places always are!). Our dogs suffer from allergies and Luanna has always made their experience great with unscented shampoo... the vet recommended Benadryl on the day of their grooming appointment which has helped significantly. Communication has always been top notch- including reminder calls the day before. We are thankful to have such a wonderful small business in the area to accommodate our girls and do not miss going to a corporate groomer at all. Thank you! 🙂

Luanna has been grooming our Corgi Boys monthly since each of them were 12wks old...they are 7, 6 & 4yrs now. She has always paid close attention to detail, and one of our boys (oldest) has allergies, so the Tea Tree Oil Shampoo she uses is perfect. She is quick to respond, reliable and her prices are based on the quality of service she provides, which is great.

Lucky, our high maintenance poodle mix with anxiety issues, had a great summer trim/cut. Took a little longer with his anxiety issues, but the team there did a great job and we look forward to our return visit.!

I was able to get a next day appointment and the staff was friendly. The only reason I didn't give five stars is the slightly unfinished look of my pups. They did a really good job and I'm not dissatisfied, but there was some room for improvement. I appreciate how kind they were towards me and especially my pups, though! I'll return!

I love this place. I have a 13 year old Shiba Inu & a 5 year old German Shepherd with anxiety. I lightly sedate both my dogs before bringing them in. The staff is aware ahead of time of my dogs' special needs, and they do take special care with them. I don't understand the negative comments by some. Just communicate what you need ahead of time. They are booked out pretty far, but IMO it's due in part because they are great groomers. Thank you for taking excellent care of my high maintenance pups!!
