Absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. My dog can be a bit nervous around new people, but the groomers took their time to make her feel comfortable, and I could tell she was in great hands. First of all, I asked her several times if she knew how to take care of a large dog how to take care of their hair because large dogs such as Siberian huskies or malamute have an undercoat she stated oh yes, no problem. We’ll take good care of them so I trusted her. I also gave her a picture of how I wanted my dog to look Within an hour. She called me back stating my dog was done. I didn’t understand how fast she did this until I went there to pick up my dog. My poor baby was shaved bald I never asked for that. She knew this they took it upon themselves to shave all the hair off of my Siberian husky. I am not happy at all, and I will never go back to her ever again ever.
