A GOOD GROOMER WIH A GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR.
Juan groomed both of my boys. I asked for immediate grooming and he was kind enough to end his busy day at my home, grooming not one but two boys! Arriving at 6:00pm and working until 8:00pm, talking to them, singing to them and loving them for the entire grooming experience.

I rescued an abandoned cat, and was so worried.. her claws had never been cut, and he worked very well with her! He did an incredible job! Squeezed me in VERY last minute and was very professional! He worked very quickly and efficiently and was so helpful! 10/10 recommend! Thanks again ?

Booked on the website with plenty of available appointment options and called to confirm day-of as I hadn’t heard anything. He said he saw my appointment but was too busy and doesn’t have time... didn’t call me to say my appointment would NOT be booked, he just ignored it. I fully understand being too busy during a pandemic but what happened to customer service or just human decency not wasting people’s time... my two dogs have waited a week for this appointment and now we are starting over. I’ve seen great reviews for this mobile groomer but judging by his responses to negative Yelp reviews and my own experience, respect for customers is not there. Very disappointing.

I ABSOLUTELY recommend it!!!
This was my first time getting a groomer for 2 of my 3 kitties.
I want to make this experience for them very confortable and as less stressful as posible that's why I decided on a mobil service.
I searched a lot looking for mobil groomers and read reviews, especially with reviews with cats, it is not an easy job to give a bath to a cat.

Juan was "incredibly" gentle with them, he is the kind of person that you want to have in charge of your love ones.
Juan was very professional, very calm when handling my kittens, he knew was he was doing. He takes a lot of proud of his work.
