I love this place! Staff is always friendly and super good with my boy Gavin, he always comes back happy, clean and smelling great. Also happy to clip my other dogs nails when we bring them in, fantastic place highly recommend!

I walked in and two people up front were talking. The guy tells the girl there was a customer and she said,”she’s coming,” when another women came from the back and finally helped me. I arrived to pick up my dog and stood there for a few minutes while I could hear and see them talking in the back. I was willing to ignore the complete lack of customer service until I got home and saw my dog had a cut on her tummy and a bald spot. Would recommend if you want incompetent workers.

I’ve been taking my pet dog to other places to get his nails trim. The outcome of his nail trimming was very unsatisfying as other pet groomers utilized the grinder to shave his nails off. THANKFULLY, I stumbled upon Friendly paws grooming because not only was it is free but they offered to clip and grind my dogs nails 🙃🙃🙃 The atmosphere and aura is very welcoming and at ease. My pet dog hates when we touch his paws to get it clip but Sharon made it possible and was very gentle about it. Will definitely return as a regular customer!!!!

Friendly Paws grooming is one of the best they were so patient with my request and my fur baby’s . My dogs came out looking so stunning and happy it was literally the best experience I’ve had with a Groomer. I definitely suggest them 10 out of 10. Definitely our go to spot now.

My standard poodle and morkie love coming to this local grooming spot! They do an awesome job on both my dogs and this is well deserved recognize especially we are the worst pet owners when it comes to grooming them. I really appreciate that they trim my kittens nails and also apply her press on nails for free. This is establishment is truly a neighborhood gem.

The woman at the front was kind, the man who brought my dog out couldn’t be less enthused or even break a smile- let alone speak.
My 4.5lb Maltese cost $80+. I had already trimmed most of her toe nails and her body. I asked for them to even her out. She was definitely washed, smelled great when I picked her up.
I informed them of the few moles she has, they nicked them, and also nicked the skin where her rear leg connects. She’s got a scab and keeps picking at it a week later. I’m noticing her nails are all different lengths, and the fur on her paw pads is so overgrown. I have already had to trim her facial hair again and they didn’t trim near her mouth where her hair overgrows and gets in her mouth.. Her hair doesn’t grow this fast so it wasn’t done.
I should have checked and called sooner with disappointment in service but I truly don’t feel like they did the best job they could. Considering the price and what looks to be lack of service, I will absolutely not be back which is a shame because I loved supporting small businesses.

I was recommended to Friendly Paws Grooming by a friend who also has two mini Aussies, and I’m so glad she did! My little pup actually gets excited when we pull up for his “spa day”. The staff here really cares about your doggies and I can see that from beginning to end. Plus everytime I pick him up he looks and smells amazing!

It’s hard to find a groomer that specializes with an Aussie breed, but Friendly Paws have that specialty on point.
