Very professional and knowledgeable of the cuts specific to breed. The only place I've taken my baby! He always looks so handsome and smells amazing!! He is super scared when I drop him off, but the sweet ladies there grab him right up to their chest for comfort! Honored my husbands request for a "Mohawk" and "lions mane" for our Pomapoo. Msg me as soon as he is ready for pickup!

I have been going to Hailey for a very long time. She has always done a wonderful job on my dogs. She treats them gently like they were her own pets. She has always been helpful and accommodating if I need them in sooner. They help me get them in and out of car if need be. I have one grumpy toy poodle (Sadie) and she just worked with her grumpiness, never got irritated and she is beautiful every time. They have always been good to me and my pets. I would never go anywhere else!

I love this place! All the staff are great. My frenchie boy Sage has been going here for about two years now. They groom him awesome, Meagan is my go to, she squeezes him in and does a great job. They’re also very considerate with your time. Thanks guys

I took my 4yr old mini golden doodle Honey here for the first time, and I had some concerns besides all the dogs being stacked in crates like a breeding farm. Her groom was fine but she smelled like wet dog (as does the entire place) when I picked her up. The bows they put on her ears (that I didn’t ask for) were so tightly tied into her hair I thought I’d have to cut her hair to get them out. My biggest concern was at drop off when my girl almost climbed on my head to get out of there (she’s never ever done that in her life) and at pickup the energy from the groomer that brought her out was very “Here, take your dog”. Honey is usually so lovable and friendly and she just wanted out of there. So I’m giving 3 stars bc of the smell of the place and of my dog at pickup, and the overall negative energy.

Because we liked them so much my in laws decided to take their dog Hachi there as well. They make a drive from oakcliff. ♥️

I keep forgetting to review, but we've been to this groomer three times now since moving to Forney three months ago. The ladies are helpful, patient, and wonderful groomers and people. They have been flexible and understanding, and our golden retriever always is eager to go in and walks out looking sharp! We look forward to being clients for years to come! (Our dog wouldn't look at the camera, but she looks great!)
