Laura always has such great photos and comments about every time she walks the "kids". She is very kind, considerate and always makes sure the kids are safe, comfortable and the house is secure. I am so impressed, words escape me. Our dog was lovingly cared for in our home while we were away. Each visit came with a recap and pictures. The caregivers were all excellent! The yard was cleaned up, our packages and mail brought in, and the dog's dishes sparkling clean. We even came home to a welcome home card signed by the caregivers. After a terrible experience with a previous dog sitter, we were nervous, but this worked out charmingly. Thanks so much Floofins!

Floofins is a professionally run team of caring, competent pet sitters that we have used several times over the last year. Our two older cats are definitely in good hands when we are away. For over a year now our dog has received outstanding treatment from the caregivers who walk and play with our dog. We get reports and pics each day immediately after the walk / play time. These people love pets. The office support staff are incredibly efficient and helpful. A well run and highly reliable service. They send reminders about holidays when you may have accidentally scheduled service but might not need it, so you can cancel before being billed (6pm the night before). They allow late cancellations when there is a weather event that might prevent people from leaving the house. I'd recommend Floofins without hesitation.

We’ve been using floofins ever since we moved to our house in Elmhurst. We started with two pets and it’s now gone up to 5! They still take great care of them (we use their vacation services), and the daily pet logs are awesome! I never have to worry about my furry friends when we are out of town. Their online booking system is also super easy and convenient - this is coming from someone who hates having to pick up a phone and call! And booking semi-last minute is possible too. Honestly, they’re the best!

We love Floofins and Co and the walkers. We have the same walker day to day for 2 a day walks. Always on time, always takes great care of our dog, and love the posts on what happened on the walk. They help bring in garbage cans and packages too! Great customer service and we've loved our experience across the board.
