Fish Bowl

Great place with a large selection of freshwater fish. We just purchased a rope fish and we will come back to get 2 more in a month or so. It's worth the drive from brookland and love to go see what they have.

This shop keeps reptiles in a very unsafe condition. Numerous lizards to one tiny tank that’s not even advised for a single dragon and there are clear signs of MBD is these poor babies. This is absolutely ridiculous and just lazy from the owner, which also endangers the lives of all its reptiles. You have an obligation to not only give these reptiles a good start, but to properly educate owners on adequate husbandry, which you don’t even provide. Whoever owns this shop, shame on you. No excuse! Do better. ?

I would never pull my vehicle back into the parking lot of the Neighborhood Pet Shoppe even if I I was pulled over by the police I’d move to the next lot. With a pet store as big as this one you would think it would have everything you need for your pets, well think again! Not only were they lacking the basic sand substrate for freshwater fish their customer service was nothing to brag about either. Why waste your money and time when the fish bowl has everything you need including wonderful customer service! I was really excited when this store was built I was looking forward to shopping and seeing what they had to offer but the Fish Bowl will always have my loyalty. They don’t act like I’m going to steal or judge me off of how I look or anyone who ever comes in with me. They don’t need to stalk my social media and make their own judgements on whether they think I could adopt an animal or not. They’ve never made me feel any negative way as this other store has. This other store does not take criticism well at all or dissatisfaction. They can’t be helped as they are very entitled and argumentative as you can see in their reviews the way they treat their customers. Their own employees have to give good reviews and they respond like it’s a regular customer. They’re doing everything possible right at the Fish Bowl. We are so thankful for such a good store and staff, and of course the sweet animals that are a reflection of the store who takes care of them. Thanks y’all for being such an outstanding business. Use caution when entering other pet stores as you will probably find very quickly that the Fish Bowl is the place to be. Give them a chance and keep going back to be shown the truth of a great pet store.

This is a amazing place. I really enjoy this place. I like this place because of the different types of pets if your looking for something unique and a reasonable price and large variety

Extremely helpful as soon as you walk in. Lots of options as far as salt water fish selection goes. It’s not a store in central Arkansas with a better variety or stock. Saltwater hobbyist stop in and check them out.

This is probably the cleanest pet store I've ever been in. The animals are all clean and healthy and their environments are clean all day too. Their prices are fair and the staff is helpful and friendly. Such a cool variety of animals as well!

Bought a few fish about week ago one died after a couple days of having it had 2 of the same breeds. Called and traded it in for another one of the same breed silver molly had it for 2 days and the same way the first one died it died. They are gonna say it's my water and not allow me to get a replacement even tho I believe they have sick fish if all my others are doing fine even my dalmatian molly so what sense does that make so to say I'm not pleased with their service well I'm not just be careful if you are gonna buy fish or anything from them.
