What are the best boarding facilities we have ever used. We continue to use them because the cleanliness, the friendly staff, and the various levels of boarding that you can choose from. They may not be the cheapest, but they are people that you can trust with your dogs. That’s worth the peace of mind.

friendly staff that genuinely seem to love dogs and want them to have a good time. lots of merchandise available. for mgmt: i would add a registration link on website, i called to book a stay and was told i would need to show vaccination records, which i emailed using address on website, called a couple days later to confirm the stay and if anyone got email, and spoke to different person and they said “no reservation showing…have to create account, etc” i would have done that in beginning 🙂

Do not take your dog to Fido’s World! They isolate aggressive dogs which understandable; however, they took a non aggressive young dog and isolated him from 6:30am until 5:00pm. This dog has never been aggressive or “nipped at a worker.” He has also been going to Fido’s for a while now. Isolating a dog in a kennel to have him watch all the other dogs play is abusive. Please do not pay for your dog to be ignored and abused.
I never saw him being aggressive on the video feed and they had no proof they could show, either.

do not go to fidos world at all. they are fine at first but then they turn on you. they told us that our dog will be in timeout/a kennel the whole day of daycare instead of letting him play. after josh told us that he was “nipping at a staff member’s feet” we have a golden retriever and he is NOT aggressive whatsoever. they neglect dogs and withhold them from play time. i don’t pay money for my dog just to be in a kennel and watching other dogs play. that’s not doggie daycare that’s doggie prison. he was dropped off when they open at 6:15 and was put straight into timeout/a kennel until i picked him up 5 hours later. do not go here what so ever. the ONLY good employees are carlee and jessica.

We love the staff at Fido’s world! Everyone is super nice, the trainer does a great job explaining what my dog worked on for the day, and the hours are perfect. I can’t say enough good things about Fido’s World!

I have recently moved to this area and have researched daycares for my 1 1/2 year labradoodle. She is a very timid friendly baby and I’ve never had any issues with her at any other place. She frequently goes to a dog park and plays. I chose Fidos as it is close to my home and my work. I toured the facility a week prior and asked several questions and read the reviews. I was told several times if your dog is aggressive then it would be placed in a kennel as timeout, which I understand. However my dog has never been aggressive. So I dropped her off today around 1 for the assessment and was going to pick up her up at 5. I was working from home so I was able to watch her on the web cam the entire time. The workers never interacted with her, and I did notice she tended to stay near the gate waiting on time to leave. The male worker would walk the dogs and she began to interact and did fine. After about an hour a female worker came in to tend to the dogs and she was noticed sitting mostly and just before 3 she placed my dog in a kennel alone and went back to sitting down. My dog began howling/crying out. After 20 minutes of watching this I called to ask about this and told them I was coming to pick her up. When I arrived after 3:30 they still had her placed alone in a kennel and I was told she was “nippy” toward another dog that was getting in her face. I was in total disagreement. I watched the web cam. I was told aggressive behavior is a reason to be isolated. However my dog, new to the group, never interacted with by a worker, was left crying and howling out for 30 minutes until I could get there to get there to get her, all while the worker was sitting in the room, and my dog was never aggressive! This is doggie day care, and the dogs deserve interaction, especially if they are new to the group and I’m being told being “evaluated”. We will not be back. I wanted to love this place.

The staff at Fido's World is so great! We love bringing our Bubba up to have him groomed! The 4 training course was very informative as well and helped us tremendously.

Scott Rucker did an amazing job with my dog Molly. Dropped her off for basic obedience and off leash training. It’s so great for the dog & I to let her off leash and be a dog but have near full control. My dog works with me trucking the country so this was one of the best investments ever and they did a great job. If u want good people, great results here ya go. Having a well trained dog is so good for everyone including the dog. We’re so busy that we don’t come home much but their facility is great for a visit or boarding also. Thank you guys and forgive us for never stopping by. We’re never home anyway! Always new adventures and life to live.
