We absolutely love Emma Frieson! She is incredible with our German Shepherd. She shows so much love for him, clearly cares so much about him and our family, and is very diligent at following through with everything we have asked her to do. (She is our weekly walker and has watched him overnight before at our house.) We currently have a substitute walker, Martina Brockway, while Emma is out of town, and we love her as well! I echo all of the comments about Emma for her. Lastly, Robyn O’Neil has been extremely helpful in coordinating services. We love Fetch!!!!

Jonny was outstanding But in reality better than outstanding. Donna, the manager of Fetch is wonderful! My son unexpectedly went in the hospital while I was visiting. I was experiencing so much stress, I'm a senior and can't walk the dog. Donna, found a walker for me within an hour. You are a life safer. Jonny, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking great care for my son's dog. 💙

It was great getting to meet the sitter before starting services, which not every place offers. Furthermore, I like that they try to keep the same sitter when possible. Donna was so helpful answering questions and getting me connected with a bunny sitter. Our sitter is wonderful! My typically aloof bunnies were out greeting her during the consultation. She took excellent care, and I felt good knowing someone responsible and kind was giving them the care they need. I also love getting photo updates, which we previously did not get from boarding with any of our vets. We will continue using Fetch and recommend to anyone looking for pet care services. Our dog Joey has done private boarding through Fetch for the past 18 months. Mark is absolutely amazing. I hesitate to mention his name because we are afraid he won't be available when we need him!! We could not be more thrilled with the care, attention (including lots of cuddles and belly rubs) that Joey receives when boarding. Fetch's communication through daily journal entries and photos provides reassurance that Joey is happy and stress-free. We can't imagine boarding Joey anywhere else!

Excellent service! We first tried Fetch when a friend had to back out and we were in a bind to get someone to check in on our cats on short notice, but we were so impressed that now they are our go-to catsitter whenever we travel. We have had a consistent catsitter (Sara) who is very reliable and great with the cats. Donna has been so helpful in coordinating - she is friendly, responsive and organized. All around great experience every time I interact with this company.
