Shirley has been my pet sitter for about a decade now. That’s a long time! My wife and I have three cats. Shirley always takes great care of them, and even sends us a text each time she visits. Knowing she is taking care of our cats has helped my wife and I really be able to enjoy our vacations when we are far away from home for long periods of time!

I hired Bill and Shirley, Owners of Favorite Friends Petsitters, to take care of my cat while on a business trip. Bill and Shirley paid close attention to my cat and noticed that my cat showed symptoms of a possible urinary tract infection. They called me immediately and got my permission to take my cat to the Vet. Bill and Shirley then spent a number of hours with my cat and the Vet to make sure she was treated and had proper medication, for the bacterial infection that she had. I am so grateful for the time and effort that Bill and Shirley made to take the extra precautions to help my Cat, and they probably saved her life with moving so quickly on getting my elderly cat treated. I am so grateful for all that they did, and absolutely recommend Favorite Friends Petsitters as they truly care and will do all that they can for the animals they are watching.

I have used Favorite Friends in the Laguna Niguel area various times now for short and longer trips and am a huge fan of their service. I used to alternately board my cats and have a friend stop in on them. But I would come home to overfed, not so sweet smelling cats, and/or a messy, not so sweet smelling house. The first time I used Favorite Friends I was hooked! Shirley always remembers me and my cats and is excited to see them and she takes such good care of both my animals and their environment at home (litter box, play area, bringing in mail or packages, etc.). She's even called me while away and taken care of a minor but slightly messy bout of sickness with no stress, no extra charges...and with grace. It is so nice to have absolutely no worries about my animals when I need to travel. Thank you Favorite Friends!

We utilize Favorite Friends PetSitters on a daily basis & will only leave town as long as they are available to stay over with our 2 Jack-Russell's - they've become more than pet sitters in our family - they consistently strives to make each visit with our 2 little ones more than just a walk but a real bond that they look forward to each visit. I can't imagine not having them around - they have saved us (even in a moment's notice!)
