Sent our dogs here for boarding. I chose them due to the offering of indoor/outdoor kennels. Communication was a little rocky at first over the phone. I was a little confused on whether or not all my future dates got booked.
I appreciate the lady at the desk that cleared everything up in person. She was very lovely and polite. My dogs seemed well taken care of upon pickup.
Only complaint would be that our small dog came out of the kennel/back wet - which was strange because she didn’t have a bath or anything. Once we got the dogs home I gave them both a bath on my own. Somewhat glad I didn’t pay for a bath/groom while they were there because they had a distinct kennel smell to them (they were boarded 4 nights) & if they still had that after bath/groom I’d of felt like money was wasted.
Wish they had their pricing online to clients with online portal access. Especially for grooming/baths and nail cuts.
Due to the polite staff in person and the beautiful facility - I will absolutely give them a second try!

Fat Cat's Dog Boarding is a great place when your dog needs a place to stay. Our girl loves to go there and stay, and she is always happy when we pick her up. She loves going to the day play side, and playing with the other dogs I am glad they are here for us when are girl needs some place to go when we go out of town

I have been taking my dogs to Fat Cat's for many years. They never disappoint!!
I'm not sure how they get my grumpy little girl to let them trim her!?
She always looks fantastic and smells so good. Great and caring people!

I have used Fat Cats for about a year now and I am extremely happy with them. Everyone I have ever come in contact with has been very pleasant and very helpful. Stacy does a great job grooming my mini-schnauzer and I will continue to bring him back. A+++++ Staff and Business.

Organized, friendly and helpful. I have been taking our Bernedoodle for grooming and "play days" for a couple of months. So far so good. I would recommend!

Everything regarding my cat Thatcher's recent cleaning was flawless! The staff were very cooperative over a miscommunication, we resolved it quickly and they never ceased to be friendly and forgiving. He was very shy going in, but he acted his usual relaxed self on the way out; a sign that he didn't mind and that left me truly impressed. The job was also done well, he smells fresh and he's somehow even softer than he already was. Kudos for that!

And don't let Thatcher (pictured) hear this, but hanging out with the orange tabby, Tucker in the main lobby is pretty awesome too 👍 She's a total sweetheart and truly adds to the space
