I'm surprised that there still in business!!! The absolutely rudest people people I've talked to in Tennessee. I needed a quote for car insurance and Wes was not about to help,he hung up on me because he didn't want to get my previous insurance information from Farm Bureau in Florida. And Lesa after complaining to her about Wes is not better. She had a week to call me back but is not interested in new business. What a shame, we like to give local business a chance.

My grandpa used them for years and he recently passed away. I had called about 2 months after he passed asking for mail to be stopped. The first thing out of the woman’s mouth was “well nobody even notified us we have to be made aware of these things” it made me sick to my stomach hearing that was the first response. Sorry I lost the person that was my entire life his car insurance was not in my mind on top of all the other things I was having to deal with. I kept getting mail so I called this morning to ask for it to be stopped. She said “have you came in and canceled the policy” I said no he’s dead. I was trying to be rude but did she really ask me that? I considered keeping them at first for the homeowners but the first comment from the first lady I spoke to left a terrible taste in my mouth. Grief is the worst part of the life so your employees should be trained on empathy.

Morgan County Farm Bureau and Lesa Murphy are wonderful to work with. All of our home and life insurance is with Farm Bureau. I am the Oakdale middle school FFA advisor, and they help sponsor our members throughout the school year for various events to support agriculture in the classroom. The entire office staff go above and beyond to give back to the community in many ways that often go unseen. I appreciate all that this office does!

They were 👍 great! Very nice adjuster. Fair on fixing the problem. Would highly recommend,since we've used them for 30 years!
