I just wanted to say again how much I appreciate this groomer I needed an appointment for a flea bath very last minute (so we could get the dogs together one last time) calling a half hour before they opened and they were able to give us the appointment. Thank you so much for taking good care of Cans as well as our now Angel fur baby Cortana.

I really like this groomer. They look forward to seeing our dog, and after her appointment, she looks and smells wonderful, and I think what you get in the deluxe bath is really great for the price.

Pat does an amazing job grooming our Westie, Freddie, especially with his breed-specific haircut. Her prices are fair, and the grooming facility is clean and well-organized. The staff’s friendliness adds to the great experience. Highly recommend Pat for top-notch pet grooming!

This place will never have my business ever again, ONE AND FIRST OFF because they held Federally Protected Service animals who were technically on duty by the throat. Last I check you are never supposed to hold animals of any kind by the throat but hold softly and lightly by the chin. I confronted yall once and then seen yall do it again to my other girl. SECONDLY they claim they notified me and my husband that our girls had “fleas” and offered us a treatment for it, they never did. Plus I know they didn’t have fleas because we gave them baths the night before, checked the morning of the appointment and they still didn’t have them. THIRD I asked for and paid for a feet, face, & phanny hygiene trim on one of them, y’all didn’t finish the work, her face/ears were never done, and her phanny was never done either.

Then proceed to tell me that there was nothing wrong with my baby, when she instantly got hives and was scratching her self raw to the point where she was bleeding after we left the shop. But oh nothing was wrong with her. Nothing happened to her. And when I brought her in and showed and confronted y’all, y’all had no sympathy toward that matter. And then one of y’all’s workers said “oh well it looks like it’s healing and hives are going down”, mind you they were not going down, there was an issue that occurred in your shop (oh that mind you isn’t even listed in the BBB- BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU). Also mind you the day we left that shop I has to continually give my baby medicine to ease her pain.

Yeah y’all lost mine and my husband’s service.

Jessica has been the most attentive, warm, loving, and skilled groomer I have ever been to. She has been grooming my 1.5 year old poodle since the beginning and we just love her! She pours her heart and soul into her practice, and you can absolutely tell it is her passion! I am NEVER disappointed when I pick up my baby girl, and my 3 month old poodle will soon be seeing her as well on the regular. So very thankful to have found her.? I took my two frenchies to Essential grooming after always heading to chain pet stores for nail trims. It cost me nothing to upgrade to a spa package for them both the be bathed, nails, ears and anal glands done. The staff were wonderful and even spent time playing with toys with my two girls. They came home smelling absolutely amazing! It’s been a week and I swear they still smell so fresh! I will forever continue to go to essential grooming now!
