Bought a Kill Light Pro 3 less than as year ago for our property. During a storm, the light was knocked off the bottom of the feeder. We are now being told that the warranty doesn't cover water damage. It just fell on the ground....not into a lake. You mean to tell me the item you sell that is literally intended to be used outdoors can't be used outdoors?

Be careful purchasing items from this company. I bought a feeder light from the clearance rack. Employee stated the light worked. Light was in original package and looked new. After placing it on my feeder, it was found to be defective.

The company didn’t want to fix it or replace the item. Wanted to charge me to look at it. Horrible customer service.

The store has really good quality, hunting supplies and a very good inventory. The only problem I experienced was trying to ask the guy behind the counter questions. He’s very condescending treat you like an idiot when you ask questions, he needs to go back through a sales program.
