I took my two pups to Ellis County Canine Connection for the 3 week board & train program. With a new baby on the way, I wanted the dogs to know basic commands, have a solid “place” stay, and be able to walk next to a stroller without pulling! After 2 weeks in the program, I was able to go work with both dogs for an hour and the improvement was phenomenal! By the end of the 3rd week, they listened well to commands, did some cool tricks, and no longer pulled on the leash. Brandon did an amazing job and you can tell he truly cares about every dog he works with! I will be exclusively using Ellis County Canine Connection in the future for any training, boarding, or daycare needs!

We kept our dog there during an extended vacation. They made accommodations for us after being told they were fully booked! To our amazement, they came through. Bentley was happy and healthy when we picked him up. Following their socials helped us see pics and videos daily. Also, Brandon sent an email with a recap of how Bentley's visit was with recommendations for future visits as well. Totally recommend them if you want your pup left so you can. Have a care free vacation or trip planned.

Brandon has now trained two of my dogs. One was a dog-aggressive doberman who was a changed dog after Brandon taught us how to manage her anxiety and give her a job to do. The latest dog has the opposite personality, a gentle and sensitive Collie who will be going into therapy work. Brandon was fantastic at both personalities and he treats the dogs as one of his own. He genuinely cares for the dogs and makes himself available for any questions or requests for assistance before, during, or after training has completed. Cannot recommend Brandon enough.

Phenomenal experience! I’m a vet in the area, so I’d heard many great things from clients about Brandon. Sent both of my two year shepherds to him for a month, and he helped with exactly what I needed! They loved him, and seemed to really have fun while there. Brandon Overbay came highly recommended and we agree! We recently adopted, a new to us breed -a Great Pyrenees mix, and she came with little to no training.

GPs are an independent breed and take more patience with training than say a dog breed that wants to please. Brandon has worked with so many breeds and was very familiar and knew just the right about of ask and expectations for her.

He tailored a few extra manners for her since she will be and indoor/outdoor dog, live with a disabled vet and special needs toddler. He gave her a phenomenal foundation to build on.

We are very pleased with our investment. She went from a bratty adolescent with zero manners, a few bad habits, a hint of food aggression, anxiety, and little interest in authority to a settled, relaxed, confident dog. (All in 3-4weeks.)

We plan to continue our investment and use ECK9 for future boarding, touch up training, and future therapy training/exposures.

His facility is always spotless and smells clean. He is there 7 days/ week and has cameras he can personally monitor 24/7. Great communication and reply times. Easy to talk to and understand his methods/ reasoning. The dogs get his upmost undivided attention and it shows.

Highly recommend you support this family and entrust your best friends 🐶🐾 to their care and training. You won’t be disappointed!
