I made a post about two years ago regarding the great service here at Elliott’s. I was there two days ago and nothing changed. 👏🏾 Great job ! Also I want to share some pictures of the fish I purchased two years ago. Thank you the fish are amazing and so happy and look how big they gotten 😊.

Never had a problem with this place until today. The manager on 8/16/2024 working at around 12-1 pm had no good customer niceness to her. I would not ask her for help if I was lost at this store, i’d be too intimidated. Her tone seemed straightforward and non courteous at all. 🙁

Very nice Pet store, it's also one of the only stores that has feeder guppies and floating plant selection. I will definently be coming back from big bear to there.
