Julia was amazing with our dog, Georgie! We left him for boarding and training for a few weeks while we were out of town and were able to get away without having to worry. He had some incidents with resource guarding and we wanted to get rid of that so everyone could feel safe around him. He wasn’t an easy dog to handle and she was able to train him with extreme patience. We also received daily updates and photos which were much appreciated.

Since coming home, we haven’t had any issues with Georgie biting or lunging. He also has respected our commands a lot more. Julia also sent us home with instructions and things to continue. Julia is great and so is all the lovely staff at Elevation. They were always available to answer questions and put you at ease. Highly recommend it 🙂

I have been taking my dog Kenneth to Elevation for boarding, daycare, grooming and individual training since January, 2023. We have had consistently positive experiences with Kelly and all of our favorite Elevation staff. Any communication is always timely, professional, and reliable, including taking time to discuss any/all issues that might be coming up during everyday play and/or training.

The spacious facility is clean and climate-controlled. The App they use for scheduling/communication is user-friendly and convenient. They offer a range of minimal ingredient treats and engaging toys for sale.

I personally find it very comforting that this fantastic business is run by former vet techs and employs compassionate, talented trainers who have formed real bonds with my pup, Kenneth. He is a herding breed/high energy guy who is absolutely never unhappy when I pick him up. The best review I could provide for the way these folks take care of my babe is that a few months ago they noticed that he was under-stimulated and took the initiative to customize his training and routines. He says thank you by showing genuine excitement when he sees his favorite people at Elevation. I say thank you by tirelessly recommending this place to anyone who asks (and a few who didn't). Peace of mind and a happier dog make this one of my favorite businesses in Laramie.

We were so grateful for the amazing care given to our 6mo corgi during her stay. We had never left her before and of course were so worried! But she loved it! They sent pics, played with her, treated her so great and we received updates daily on the portal about her care and daily activities, food intake etc. Would highly recommend! It’s very clear they love what they do! And all the animals 🙂

The women working there were amazing and took care of my husky Athena very well and did a great job handling her personality.
I didn't have her vaccine paperwork when dropping her off, and instead of making a big deal of it or not accepting my dog. They simply called the last place I had gotten her shots done at and had them send copies of her paperwork over. I really loved the problem solving skills that I'm not used to receiving while traveling.
I loved their attitudes and professionalism working with my ever changing schedule.

On April 20th I dropped off both of my dogs for overnight boarding. The next day I only picked up one of my dogs from Elevation.
My sweet little Lulu somehow got out of Elevation’s outdoor area. They were negligent and let her get out and run into the highway. She was then hit by a car.
They took her to an emergency vet, but she died before they made it in the building.
Elevation was kind enough to pay for the emergency vet trip and her cremation, but she was a priceless dog.
Their mistake cost me my soul dog and that is something that can never be replaced.
May she rest in peace.

Left our Border Collie for overnight and daycare. Staff there are super friendly and clearly love dogs. On a recent visit we had our guy’s nails trimmed. They have a large exercise are the rear and all of the dogs get out there a number of times per day. Our guy loves the contact with other dogs but will try herding the mob if it gets crowded. Of course that’s what he’s bred to do. Sheep, cattle, ground hogs, antelope. Dogs generally don’t appreciate his particular skills.
