Jenni at Elevated Dog Training is one of our go-to trainers for dogs in our rescue, Forgotten Dogs Rescue. Jenni is thoughtful and organized and always follows up with helpful materials. Jenni at Elevated Dog Training has been an invaluable piece to our dog’s success. Our family welcomed a foster dog (now an official family member!) into our home in December 2021. I realized early on my affection was not going to be enough to sustain our doggy relationship. I found in person trainers to be in short supply and while talking to a neighbor she immediately sang the praises of Elevated Dog Training. I hesitantly reached out questioning the effectiveness of zoom dog class. Almost instantaneously I was touched by Jenni’s gentle, positive approach and any doubts subsided. Jenni has single handedly empowered me with skills necessary to transform and believe in my relationship with our dog. Our dog, Kona, came to us insecure, scared and with strong fearful reactions/aggression. Jenni deeply listened to my concerns and needs involving Kona’s care. She was able to develop a clear, concise and heart driven program specifically for Kona. Jenni has not only helped Kona become her best, but has gifted and empowered me with with the skills, awareness and ability to fully trust Kona. Jenni is a wonderful dog trainer who is thoughtful and has a huge artillery of training techniques and ideas for every dog issue! We are so glad that we chose her to help train us and our new puppy! Jenni is the absolute best!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about her and would give her a million stars if I could. She is super communicative, detailed in her responses to questions, and is one of the loveliest and most compassionate people I have ever met. She is also incredibly knowledgeable about dog behavior. We have been working with Jenni for years for help with our smart but neurotic dog and have made immense progress during that time. Most of the training Jenni provided for us was around separation anxiety, and we made incredible progress with her support and direction. Jenni’s expertise was truly life changing for us and our pup, who can now be home alone for hours without incident. Jenni also provides a lot of emotional support throughout the training process, which is essential in the face of any setbacks. We no longer need to actively work on our dog’s separation anxiety, but we continue to work with Jenni on other issues. I don’t think we will ever want to work with a different dog trainer.
