Talked to the lady on the phone looking for a new groomer for my pup. She was very rude and aggressive when I was just asking about price and how long it would take. Seems like a scam!!! Will never bring him here.

I recently took my two dogs, a Pomeranian and a Poodle-Terrier mix, to El Dogo for a grooming session, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! From the moment we walked in, the groomer was incredibly welcoming and professional. She took the time to ask about my dogs’ specific needs and preferences, which I really appreciated.

The Pomeranian’s fluffy coat was beautifully trimmed, making her much more manageable and cool for the summer. As for the Poodle-Terrier mix, his unique fur was perfectly groomed, with the right balance of cuteness and practicality. Both dogs came out looking and smelling fantastic, with their coats soft and shiny.

What impressed me most was the care and attention given to each dog. Made an appointment for my small rescue terrier, who is very anxious with strangers. Had been unable to get adequate nail trims or foot trimming. The owner, Mirely, took the time to hold him while talking to me in order to gain some rapport with the dog before I left. She was thorough and Auggie greeted me relaxed rather than shaking.
