First time here was very happy with Sam's work. They were able to get me in same day and they were so sweet with my dog. She tolerated grooming but crates freak her out so I loved that they don't use them. I enjoyed having pictures sent to me as updates. Will be back for sure

My pups can be difficult I have 3 rescuses Rosita, Lucky and Daisy. Everytime we bring them here the staff have nothing but good things to say about our rowdy bunch. They are so patient and care for our furbabies. We always leave happy!

We used El Cajon Dog Wash all the time. They’re awesome. The employees are always super friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and make it easy to get your pup washed up and looking and smelling their best. I’ve done both types of services where they was and the DIY. Very satisfied with both. Highly recommend.

We brought my son's dog Minnow in today to be groomed. Minnow is a 55 plus shepherd mix and absolutely hates being groomed or her nails touched. She is so sweet but howled and barked nearly the whole time. We sat in the car outside and could here here. The groomers were so patient and kind with here. They were so nice and took their time handling her and trying to calm her down. I felt so bad for them and they were just so wonderful to us and encouraged us to come back and reassured us she will get more and more used to it. Minnow looks amazing and smells great. I look forward to bringing her back for a hair trim next time. Thank you for your patience El Cajon Dog Wash and Grooming Salon! Worth every penny.

We had an emergency situation with our dogs today while visiting my parents ranch. They rolled in something dead & got covered in burrs/stickers. They smelled horrible!!! It was 30 minutes until closing time when we showed up & met Chris the owner. He was amazing!!!!!! He stayed open 30 minutes past closing time helping us! We are so thankful & highly impressed! And super, super affordable!

I really live this place!! Very private and owner really helps my dog. He chose special shampoo and teach me many teqnick too. I had really good time with them. I super recommended.
