Friendly, knowledgeable & helpful staff, CLEAN store, CLEAN enclosures, and all animals look healthy! Eighth Element is a wonderful breath of fresh air compared to other exotic pet stores and big box stores. Even better is that they are the far east side of Manhattan, saving me trip into town for supplies! I love this business, and look forward to watching it grow!

This place has a great selection of tarantulas and reptiles that you just don't see anywhere else. They are a Tarantula Cribs dealer and have a wide variety of enclosures. Plus the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend checking this place out!

We have gotten 2 snakes from them since they opened. When we first in we knew nothing about what all we needed & they thoroughly assisted with making sure we had the appropriate enclosure & atmosphere. Quality animals, quality products, quality service!

Fantastic shop! Have bought a number of tarantulas from them at the Iowa show, as recently as today - animals are always healthy and priced very fairly, owners are friendly and extremely knowledgeable
