This place is centrally located with shopping, food and entertainment within walking distance. It's quiet and comfortable. The only reason it gets 4 stars is because the breakfast is very minimal.

I stayed here when I had car trouble during a cross country move. The family that runs this hotel were friendly and accommodating. The rooms are updated and clean. Overall this was an excellent value. One downside is the sheets are microfiber instead of cotton, so it feels like sleeping on plastic.

I was working at the fire camp here with the Shelly fire. I checked into a room & was gone most of the day & had set my AC to a certain temperature knowing it was going to be very hot with the temperature over 100 degrees. After my long hot day working at the fire camp they had come into my room & turned my AC off. So needless to say I was pretty upset that they did this. Being in the hot sun all day I wanted a nice comfortable room to come back to. I wouldn’t stay there again. Very unprofessional.

I wasnt expecting much from an Econolodge but this place was dirty and the host unwelcoming. The floor was extremely dirty. The beds were very comfortable and clean though. I would skip the city of Yreka all together. Surrounding area Shasta was pretty

This room was a pleasant surprise. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was clean, comfortable and felt new (surprising for a hotel).
The service attendant was very helpful.

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. It was very inexpensive so I expected lower standards.

This room could be rated a four star room, with the exception of the towels (which were standard hotel fare, just not top rated hotel quality, still soft and clean!).

If I ever come to Yreka again, I will definitely want to stay at the EconoLodge.

Great staff, very friendly, and willing to help out. Value when value is needed, basic rooms, easy on and off road, ample parking. |Hot water IS available for more than 10 minutes, plus in my book. Will definitely stay again. 201 min characters
