This is the second time in 3 visits getting my nails trimmed here and I will never go there again. The first time the owner used clippers and never dremeled so they were course and frayed. I was so mad I stopped going there. Then they moved across the street and I tried it again. A young man did an great job and only used the dremel trimmed So I went back and a young female cashier did the trim and I will never have her do them again. My dogs nails were trimmed into squares which your never supposed to do!! Place is too inconsistent. If you must have the young guy do the trim. I cannot recommend this place.

Kirsten is the best! My somewhat difficult and grumpy Pomeranian, LOVES her and she makes him look and smell beautiful. Somehow, he actually likes going to his grooming appointments every 6 weeks. Thank you Kirsten for being awesome and taking great care of William!

I want to thank you both so much! Kirsten, thank you for the wonderful kind way you took care of my little Bella in grooming her.
I especially love the care and precision you took in clipping Bella's nails and hair between her toes knowing how sensitive she is about her paws. Also, no Groomer has ever done as good a job as you did clipping hair inside and outside her ears. I know these are maybe small things to other people but big for Bella and me. And Brett, Thank you for your quick thinking and solution to unlocking my car door where inside my keys sat leisurely on my front seat. I highly recommend Earthwise pet supply and Groomer Kirsten 5 star service from both!

Love the dog self washing station! Has a nice big dog-accessible shower tub, towels, shampoo, brushes, waterproof aprons, and even a doggy blow dryer.

Since the store is closed, the groomers Maddie and Penny have created their own business - Aunties Pet Grooming. It's in Santa Cruz on Cardiff Place. If you Google it, you'll get the phone number and exact address. So glad we can continue to have our dog groomed by them!

I come here for grooming. The prices are high, but the grooming staff is very competent, caring, and sympathetic when my pet is nervous.
The bonus: My daughter is ecstatic when our doggie comes home with a little bow in her hair sometimes, and one year around Halloween she had a tiny Clip-on witch hat!

Wonderful grooming experience for my recently adopted cat. I was very nervous about how my cat would react to shampoo and fur trim, but the staff were so very calm and knowledable. My cat loved it and slept quietly on the way home in the car. The store is very clean and well organized. I would recommend Earthwise Pet Supply and Grooming very highly for your pet needs!!

Always a great experience dealing with any very helpful owners and staff. I bought two dog's collars there recently and the guy was very knowledgeable in every aspect. Best example for a local business, there is nothing to improve them as they are already at the top.
