The person at the counter was incredibly helpful and helped me find a specific item I wanted for my cat to help with her pain. Also recommended a gentle service for at-home euthanasia, "White Whiskers". Very knowledgable and personable, instantly gave me the peace of mind that I was at a truly compassionate and caring location unlike other pet stores. Would highly recommend over any other pet store.

Love this place!! I live in south COS and everytime my pets need anything I have to come here. All of their products are priced well, the store is well organized and clean, they offer military discount and the service is exceptional.
They offer many pet friendly options and healthier alter Aternatives. The other BIG PET stores don't even offer the military discount. Thank you guys!
