I used their self-wash facility. They explained all their products, how to control the water spray, shampoos, ear cleaner and dryer. I was there for an hour, I have a big dog. The tub was a little small for my big dog, but it worked out fine. We left very satisfied, a clean dog, and will be back in a month. One thing that I might mention…you need to bring your own dog brush.
