Horrible. Called me to tell me someone was coming out on the day I requested and nobody told me. Hooked upy pool heater and left the clamps loose. Would have lost all of my water if I didn't find the water shooting all over my yard and equipment! Called the plumber and he never even came back to check.

Husband gave up 2 hours of work to meet one of their guys at our house for a small job and an estimate on another. They were supposed to be here at 3:30 pm. No one showed up or bothered to call. When he spoke to whoever answered the phone, she said the tech got hung up on another job and could they reschedule. (NO!) All he got was, "Sorry 'bout that". Very unprofessional. We will find someone else.

Been doing business here since about 1994. Recently I had some frozen pipes in one of my properties. I needed help with one that burst the day before Christmas eve. Within 15min of my call they arrived and made the repairs.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. One of their employees was here five times to try to fix our well. We spent nearly $800.00 to have the work done incorrectly and for us to not have running water. My husband is very ill and did not need their employees smart attitude or the aggravation. Today we had a well service company come and fix our well for less than this company. They should not advertise they can fix wells since it’s over their heads.

I had a tree limb fall down in an ice storm in the morning and it took down my power line. In the process it pull my meter box and connection off of my house and broke it. After being turned down but another local electrician, he recommended Winteroth to me.

Their guy Jeremy came out and assessed the situation quickly, gave me a quote, picked up the parts and was working on it that afternoon for me. By 4 pm, after working through the sleet and wading through the water gathering the basement, he had me ready to go for the power company to reconnect the power.

The bill even came back lower than the quote. Thanks for the help on a tough day guys.
