Great service, Great products. This was my 1st time buying feeder bugs online and I could not be happier. The Dubias came exactly as described. The hornworms were smaller than the picture, but seeing as fast as they grow, it was not an issue. The price, even with shipping was quite a bit cheaper than I have been paying at Petsmart. I will happily continue to use this company and could not recommend it more.

best place to get feeder bugs! they sometimes give freebies and always add stickers in the package. they are good quality and well priced.
I've ordered bugs from here several times and Dragon Smart (McMinnville TN) gets their feeders here aswell (hundreds of orders) with 0 issue. if your bugs ever arrive dead, it's likely due to weather issues, you didn't open them asap, or the mail person placed it in a mailbox.
anyway, best place for feeders!!! very nice employees! they are super helpful. thank you Dubia!!!

I placed an order on 3/3 and contact them on 3/7 that the package is shown stuck in MO for 3 days. The rep. told me that my shipping method is 3-7 business days therefore I should wait. I emailed them back on Monday letting them know that my package are still showing at MO. They then tell me, "Your package might be lost!" So, they said they will send replacement. 3/14 Friday afternoon, they sent the tracking number for me. I checked it on Saturday morning wondering if it's already shipped. Nope, label printed. Waiting to be picked up. On Monday 3/17, I finally see some movement. It said my package will be here on 3/19. But, something came on the same day. Smell like dead, spoil worms. I checked the emails and it shown that my 2 lost order is actually delivery. That explains the smell. Knowing that I will get the fresh shipment, I discard the package. Check my email again and my resent shipment marked "Delivered"
I believe they located the packages and notify Dubia, so they canceled the replacement and changed there tracking number to the new on as delivered. Until they correct this, I will not order from them again. And I will not recommend anyone using them. They don't even have a direct customer service. That's a problem.

Customer support and quality of needed insects are great. The methods of shipping are horrible. USPS is taking 2 weeks to deliver for over 2 months and per the company's recommendation to use FedEx, because of the problems with USPS, which does cost more. FedEx is taking over a week to deliver although it's supposed to be 2 to 3 days.

Very unhappy with this supplier. I order from them twice and had problems both times. The first time I thought it was a fluke. But due to my main supplier not having what I needed I decided to give them another try. Their website said 3-7 business days to receive my order. Now I am being told that it could take up to 11 days as weekends don’t count towards that. I understand that weekends don’t count. But I ordered on a Monday was told in 2 days that they would be delivered the following Monday. They are now stuck in shipping 3 states away and now I may not get them till Thursday. My main supplier usually has my order to me by Friday when I order on a Monday. Will not be using Dubiaroaches.com ever again. Just be honest about your delivery process.

Love ordering from Dubia. Everything always arrives on time and alive. If you ever have an issue they will help you. They usually send you a free sticker with your order, which is a nice bonus.

whole order arrived DOA, sent them pictures immediately and still haven't heard back from them. sure wish I would of looked around and read their various reviews before ordering from them. if you are reading do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else.

I have been buying feeders and enclosures for my reptiles from this place for years. The quality and selection of bugs is what made me a repeat customer. They have a wide variety of enclosures to choose from. Their customer service is always amazing, the employees are helpful and knowledgeable. Just all around a great company.
