Not only is Dean a master at his craft, you can tell he loves what he does. The whole family would be so excited when he would arrive for our weekly training session. Even our old diabetic dog who isn’t allowed treats still wanted love from Dean! He was a phenomenal trainer for our puppy, but more importantly my husband and I so we could easily learn the skills needed long after training ended. He was a joy to be around and our puppy learned the necessary commands quite quickly. We picked up our 4 yr old early from school so she could be there for our last session and he was the absolute best helping her learn and participate. He bought adorable presents for our pup at “graduation”, but also our other dog and daughter. It was so sweet and thoughtful. Dean is the absolute best and we’re going to miss him now that training is finished!!

Dean was an invaluable help with acclimating our sweet street dog Sammy to our home. He gave us great tips on how to help her relax at home with her new buddy, Jack. The handouts he provided gave us clear cut strategies to help with sitting, staying, and various other commands. Our walks are now less stressful for her and us. Her skittishness is slowly going away and she is less fearful. I would definitely recommend Dean and his services to all!

Dean came and worked with our 5 month old Bernie doodle. We were so surprised how well our pup did. Dean was always very communicative during and in between appointments. He is extremely knowledgeable, and has a talent for teaching both dog and owner. I am 100% satisfied with the training we received and I am sad that it has come to an end for these 4 weeks. I highly recommend working with Dean. You will not be disappointed!!!!

Double D Dog Training was fantastic!! Dean was a great trainer and worked well with our family of 5. His techniques helped our family be consistent and unified in training our dog. Dean’s techniques have helped us so much. Dean was wonderful, he listened to our concerns, coached our children and our beagle loved him! We enjoyed the training sessions and saw a huge improvement with our dog. If you are looking for a dog trainer, Double D Dog Training will work for you. After losing our Jack Russell of 17 years, we decided to get back in the game and welcome a Jack Russell puppy into our lives. We received her at nine weeks old and Dean started with her at 10 weeks. She immediately took to his training and showed discipline far more advanced than her age. She now responds to “touch”and other commands as we have four horses and she needs to be disciplined around them. Dean is very compassionate, understanding, and an excellent trainer with dogs of all ages. We were concerned about getting a puppy at our age, but what a blessing every day and Dean has enhanced that experience. We highly recommend Dean and couldn’t be more happy with the results he has produced.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Coach Dean! Dean helped train our newest addition to the family - Dolly, our yellow lab puppy (7 months old). We were having trouble with her jumping and jetting out the door. Not only did Dean help us with tricks & ways to help with this, we also learned how to train Dolly to sit, stay, leave it, shake, down, plus many games to keep her busy! My kids loved Dean .. he was so great with the entire family. We had a lot of fun & learned a ton! As my 10 year old, Colton said, “Coach Dean gets 5+ stars!” We definitely recommend Dean to anyone who needs some help with their pup!!! Thank you, Dean!

We cannot recommend Dean enough. We have a 3.5 month lab puppy and Dean was amazing with him. In addition to helping us train him on the basic commands, he offered suggestions for treats, toys and games. We will definitely be calling Dean for the next round of training.

Our 7 month old Bernedoodle, Dakota, just finished up the Basic obedience Training with Dean. Dean is very knowledgeable and patient. Dakota picked up the training pretty quickly and was also worn out after the training. I believe that is also because of doing the “HOMEWORK” that he told us to work on during the week.
Dean was referred to us by a long time friend. We are so very pleased with Dean, that we are going to be doing the advance training with him.
We sent our other pet to a dog training facility and I must say I prefer the training that Dean offers. He comes to your home and shows you how to train your dog. That is the biggest positive for me. With our other dog we didn’t get that training for ourselves.
If you considering Dean to help train your dog don’t hesitate! He is AWESOME!!!
