I love bringing my fur baby here they treat him with so much love and it is amazing to be able to take him somewhere he can get his energy out instead of staying in his crate all day while I’m at work. The prices may feel a little high for someone like me who lives paycheck to paycheck but it is totally worth it for all the interaction they give him and especially with how patient they are with me haha. I am so lucky to have found this place and I am so grateful to everything they do for me.

This is, hands down, the saddest place on earth. You couldn’t pay me to let my dog spend even an hour here. Try asking for a tour of the back dog rooms—the ones they don’t show the public. Go ahead, ask. Spoiler: they’ll say no. And why? Because back there you’d find far too many dogs crammed into a dank, reeking room that smells like a mop soaked in old urine. Rusted, bent-up cages line the walls. As if locking them in an overcrowded room weren’t bad enough, they then shove them into those cages. Boarded-up windows to keep outsiders from seeing the horror? Yep. One exhausted, overwhelmed employee trying to manage the chaos? Yep.

4/24/25 Follow-Up: Someone (conveniently anonymous, of course) responded to my review inviting me to “call and discuss,” claiming they couldn’t “identify my details.” Oh really? “Too many dogs in a pee-soaked dungeon” wasn’t specific enough? Please. Still, I called. Predictably, the person on the line was confused, had no idea what to do, and fell back on the classic: “I’ll leave a message for the manager.” I’m not holding my breath—but if they do call back, I’ll update.

The staff greeted me with smiles and by name. They were personable and kind. The establishment was bright, clean, and very spacious. We will be back for personal time to help ease Shadow into getting more comfortable with being away from us and with his extefamily at Dogtopia Whiteflint!

I came to pick my 8 month old puppy today and found they had bathed her without my permission. When we got home I noticed she also has an injury to her lip and black soot all over her belly. I never received any communication today that something had happened and they just handed her to me as if it was an uneventful day. There has also been a horrible smell at this location for about two weeks now. I do not recommend!! I'm pulling her out of this place immediately before something worse occurs.

My dog Autumn loves Dogtopia of White Flint. She gets so excited whenever she goes and has an awesome experience. The staff is incredibly organized and friendly. I feel safe dropping my dog off here each week knowing she will be extremely well-cared for and participate in a lot of unique activities and have fun. The staff does a great job of providing different activities for the dogs and staying organized to ensure the safety and well-being of each dog. They quickly knew my dogs name as well as mine. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about Dogtopia of White Flint and Autumn will be going there as long as I'm in the area.

I take my dog Tulip for bathing, cleaning and nail clipping. The staff is courteous, very pet friendly, they do an excellent job and reasonably priced.
