I cannot recommend Dogtopia enough! From the moment we walked in, I felt confident that our hyper play dog, Mishka, would be in great hands. The facility is clean, spacious, and filled with climbing structures to keep the pups entertained all day.

The staff is amazing—knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about animals. They took the time to learn about Mishkas’s personality, dietary needs, and play style, which gave me peace of mind. I love connecting to their live feed cameras throughout the day to see her playing with her friends.

What truly sets this daycare apart is their attention to safety. They have separate play areas for different sizes and temperaments, and everything is supervised to ensure the dogs are safe and having fun.

I really appreciate the care that the team takes to make sure this place is clean and the pups are happy. I love that I can check in on my dog via online and watch him play; not to mention the special activities that they have each day. My dog is always cashed when I pick him up!

Was my dog’s first time there and although she was too shy to play with the other dogs, the staff were very supportive and I could tell all the dogs were well supervised in the play rooms. I liked their list of fun activities planned for the month, and hope the more I bring my dog back, the more she’ll participate and enjoy the other doggies!

This location has been great. I had screwed up my initial meet and greet by booking it at the wrong location and when I showed up they sorted things out easily and accepted my pup for his first day. From there I was able to jump online request daycare days and now my pup can run his brains out whenever dad doesn't have the time to do that with him. Also love the webcams to check on the action throughout the day. photo for attention

While our dog loved her time at this daycare, the billing issues have become a problem enough for us not to go back. We were enrolled in the 1 day/week plan for 5 months. After cancelling solely due to a reduced daycare need, we were billed for two additional weeks in a row ($68). We've called and emailed and it feels like the GM is avoiding refunding. Not sure why only one person has total control over fixing this. This was not our first billing issue.

Meet and greet when pretty good. However when I called to set up daycare I was told they don’t have all of her vaccines. Well that was brought the day of meet and greet. I don’t know where she/receptionist put the documents (hmm bad sign) how does one have a meet and greet and stay rest of the day if they don’t have proper documentation They need my vet number to call and get it,,,;hmm you should have the vet contact in her profile when I set up all of this, another bad sign. Please don’t call my vet and bother them to provide you documents that have already been provided. This is a company across the country and they don’t have these basic procedures figured out? No thanks you lost my business. Too bad as I was trying support new business in our neighborhood and this space has been vacant for YEARS.

My pup Fitz loves coming here for daycare! He gets so excited every time we pull in the lot and the staff are always happy to see him. He’s been coming here twice a week for a few months and has so much fun. He always comes home exhausted which is a win for a husky owner!

Truly just a phenomenal store! Came in for what they call a “Meet and Greet” with my dog Bubba and was immediately blown away by the service and quality. Smiling/genuine employees, clean building, no smell, and every question I asked was met with a thoughtful and knowledgeable answer. I cannot wait to start bringing my dog here more 🙂
