Great first impression/experience using Dogtopia The Vintage. We brought our puppy for a day when we were going to be gone an extended period of time and didn’t want to leave her in the kennel. I felt very at ease from the time I brought her for the Meet & Greet. The staff were so sweet and loving with our puppy. It was nice that we were able to check in on cameras during her stay. Although, I really didn’t feel like I needed to. Our puppy literally didn’t want to leave after the meet & greet, or her first day, because she had so much fun. When she came home, she was so tired she slept most of the afternoon! We will be back!

Web cam is awesome, I could see my dog enjoying himself. He was matched in a group that was perfect for him. Staff assured me he was well behaved as well. They were kind and took good care of him.

My experience boarding here went fairly well for the most part. The staff was friendly, had webcams for live monitoring, kept me up to date (mostly), and even offered me a daycare discount due to my lengthy boarding (several weeks). However, I do have a few concerns looking back several months now.

The first and most obvious was that there was no outside time. All dogs "did their business" on the floor of the play area. Although this was typically cleaned up promptly (not all the time after watching the webcams), and sanitized 2-3 times a day, the dogs still played in it. I noticed discoloration in my dogs nails immediately afterward that is now slowly growing out as a ring in her nails.

Secondly, my dog did get into a few small scraps initially and was moved to private play. I was notified immediately after the first scrap and told the other dog was separated - not an issue. I found out about the second only when I called a few days later to find they had isolated her from the group play (a good move, but I was not notified).

Third, when I picked my dog up, she had a cut on her snout that was too fresh to have been from the scrap two to two and a half weeks prior. In fact, it has just now healed, two months later, and looks like it will leave a scar. I was not notified of any injuries to her. After the first two scraps, I was told she was just fine.
Fourth, I was told my dog was experiencing anxiety issues and was asked if they could give her the full daily dose of her anxiety medication (I provided this just in case). When I picked her up, It looked as though the full bottle was used. A full 30 day supply was used over the course of three weeks, the first of which only a third of the daily dose was give. It seems to me that she was given more medication that prescribed and I was not notified.

Finally, this is an odd one, but my dog is now terrified of all laptops. I can't say for certain that anything negative occurred regarding laptops there, but the timing was very convenient. For several months now, after picking her up, any time a laptop is used, or so much as even touched, my dog has a panic attack that seems to last until the laptop is out of sight. I work from home regularly and use a laptop in front of her almost every day but had never seen this prior to boarding. She won't even come into my office while I work anymore witch has always been a daily habit for her.
My experience may have been a fluke, but I don't see myself boarding her here long term again. Short boarding and daycare are likely okay, but I would not recommend a long boarding if it can be avoided.

I had a concern with the drop off becoming frustrating regarding wait times or not having someone available in the lobby and the District Manager and GM reached out to me to discuss my concerns. Definitely felt heard and have already seen that they addressed any concerns I had. Really huge to see somewhere care so much and want to make improvements to keep their dogs and dog parents happy.

Peanut is starting to come out of his shell and it’s so great that I can watch from their doggie cam!

This place is amazing! The staff is friendly and welcoming. They do an amazing job with my pup Cinnamon. She loves going here. Check them out and you won’t be disappointed. Also they offer great snack/food choices for your fur babies as well.

My 5 month old Basset Hound (Monty) has been LOVING daycare at Dogtopia-Vintage. We have tried a couple places and this is by far the most professional & well organized establishment. This company puts the animals safety first, but also treats your pup like their own. I watch my dog play on their webcams while I’m at work and I adore the trainers for how much attention they give these pups. There are weekly events and treats, as well as cute report cards! Monty comes home exhausted and happy! Highly recommend.

You charged me for two weeks for Daycare even trough I specified that I would not require Daycare. Oh! and I did not recieve a refund, just a credit. It is ridiculous because it was not even my fault that you did not communicate with your team members that I did not want a daycare service.
