Dogs Rule Day Care & School

Amazing and wonderful staff. My dog cries to stay when it’s time to go home. Extremely grateful for this team of amazing people who I trust and love.

My wife, kids, and I decided to take a last minute Spring Break trip from Cleveland to Memphis. It was Spring Break in both CLE and Memphis, so options for leaving our 18 month old Frenchalier were impossible to find. I heard about Dogs Rule from a recommendation from another business in the Memphis area. They raved about the professionalism and customer service of the team at Dogs Rule. THEY. DID. NOT. DISAPPOINT. From the jump, Anne and Katie (employee and owner...I believe) were so kind, and willing to help us out in a bind. They treated us like family, and Mr. Diggy Paws was so glad to have a place to spend time with other dogs after 12 hours in the car. We would drop him off every day downtown while we went sightseeing, and would pick him up at the end of the day. They had such a personal touch with how they treated us, that we would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thanks for being such a great local business!

Awesome and responsive staff! They receive your dog in the gates as soon you get there. No standing around with a dog ready to play on a leash. Whenever you get there they recognize you and have your dog ready to go by the time you get to the gate. Our dog LOVES coming here. He plays hard and sleeps even harder when he gets home. We will continue to send our dog here!

This place is AWESOME! The office staff were so nice, I'm sorry I can't remember their names. They took my precious 11 year old girl, last minute. We are traveling through and decided we wanted to see Graceland last minute. I called 3 places and this place called me back! She told me to bring my girl over. We did and I told them she's older, 11 and she stays by my side everyday. I was nervous how she'd be with all the other dogs, she'd be friendly but maybe nervous. She's a retired guide dog for the blind and is trained to stay by her partner. They were so sweet, they said they would keep her in the office, and they did! She stayed with them and hung out and had a very relaxing day with the office staff. I picked her up and asked how'd she do and what did I owe, to my surprise, didn't charge me anything! I insisted and the office gal said my girl was a joy to have and she was so easy and sat with them while doing paperwork, and my girl was so sweet. I was very impressed and happy to be able to meet the people here, wished I lived here, I'd take my girl over to visit them! THANK YOU, THANK YOU SO MUCH DOGS RULE DAY CARE for letting my dog ? do what she's been trained for... to be with people!

We recently visited Memphis and needed a good place to put our mini wire-haired Dachshund. We did a Google search and found Dogs Rule ❣ The owner was so accommodating for our Benjamin. A very clean and caring facility. You can feel very comfortable leaving your pet in their care. They have 3 levels for dogs to stay, and are supervised very well. Benjamin loved it there. I wouldn't hesitate to leave him again. The staff and owner are very caring, and Loving people. I would RATE them more than 5 stars for their EXCELLENT SERVICE❣ IF YOU WANT a Great place for your dog at daycare with no worries. I highly recommend this place. While traveling to Memphis we wanted to board our dog instead of leaving her in the hotel room all day. We found Dogs Rule through google and decided to try them out. We were greeted with lots of smiles and caring. They have several areas where the dogs can play and I saw them all well monitored. The nice thing too was that they did not take advantage of because we were tourists. Great price, friendly people, I highly recommend this business.

Dogs Rule really is a gem! I was rolling through town on a road trip and thought my pup might like some playtime while I did some sightseeing. They helped me coordinate getting his shot records and made the whole process super easy. A storm rolled in just as I left and the staff at Dogs Rule snuggled him inside until the storm was over. Highly recommend if you are in the Memphis area! They are so great!

We were traveling and needed a daycare for our dog while we went to the zoo. It was our dog's 2nd time to be in daycare, so we were nervous about leaving her, but she, and we, had a great experience. The staff was great, all the dogs were happy and split by size with 1 -2 people with each group. Snacks, nap time and a happy tired dog that wasn't rushing to leave the building was a great sign. Would definitely use them next time we're in Memphis.
