We love this place. Diana is a character - I'm sure she comes off as rude to some (thus, the one star reviews below), but she has a good heart and has given us a lot of dog-care advice over the years. She is also a very skilled groomer.

The lady grooming a dog looks out the window as we are parking to shoo us off pointing to a sign that says Dogpatch parking. She didn't know who we were or why we were there. I wouldn't bring my dogs here simply because of her rude behavior. Not a good look for a company. Its a Sunday evening, parking lot full of spots. We just moved our vehicle obviously but the principal of it all is don't act like that towards people who could potentially be your customers!

The owner is a crazy person this is the second time I have gone to do laundry next door and she screams and bangs on her window yelling that your in her parking spot when in reality they aren’t hers they are shared spots. I wouldn’t bring my dog to her she is aweful to humans imagine how she treats your pet when it’s alone with her.

10/10. I will always recommend this place. The only one who my dog will actually let cut his nails. And I got my standard poodle done here and he looks amazing. Along with a clean store and self wash this groomers is where it’s at 👌🏼

Diana is super friendly and helpful! I used the self service station and got nails clipped. High quality shampoo and everything you could possibly need. So glad I found this grooming spot! So much better than one of the box stores

So great. Very understanding and accommodating of special needs dogs. Not only fo my furry friends look amazing they seem to enjoy and don't dread going. She is so good with dogs it is fantastic. I am so glad we found dog patch. Thank you so much.

I love coming here for the self service dog wash, although the owner is always willing to help me whenever I need help with ear cleaning and very generous with her dog treats! My dog hates baths but he tolerates it so much better at the Dogpatch 🙂 She is also very sweet with my curious children, who wanted to look at everything.
