I am on disability, and I needed to get a spring cleanup for the dog poop. Chris Was the gentleman that showed up, and he was so friendly and thorough. I would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for dog poop, cleanup, sitting, walking, whatever you need. Wonderful service.

I hired DD to do yard play visits for my PittBull. Their prices are more affordable than most, and I got fast, friendly responses to all of my questions. My sitter, 'Dawn' was excellent. She was good to my girl, arrived on time, sent pictures and detailed visit summaries. I couldn't ask for more.

Doggy detail is very easy and pleasant to work with. I have used them for both dog walking and waste removal. They are by far the best company I have worked with for these services. If ever needed, they would be my first choice for overnight pet sitting too.

Contacted doggy detail for service and before signing up confirmed services could be performed on Fridays. The company said no problem. The first service was done on Friday, The second week the service person showed up on Thursday unexpectedly. The 3rd week on Wednesday the service person sends a text telling us they would would be arriving soon…… I call in the girl says oh yeah we had to move your service day because we aren’t in that area on Fridays, yet 2 wks prior when I signed up it wasn’t an issue…. Apparently I don’t get a say in being rescheduled on what day of the week I get service

Professional and friendly service! Had to suspend service for landscaping changes and service team has been wonderful to get our house set back up for cleaning service. Great company that cares about their customers. With two 90+lbs German Shepherds they keep my yard clean both looking and smelling. And helps keep the lawn looking great. My mover and my shoes appreciates how thoroughly they pick up.

I don't like writing bad reviews how about companies but when a company decides to drop you as a client because you complain about poor service, that's a problem. Today I received a text from doggy detail in North Barrington, stating that they could no longer service my account because they don't have a technician in the area. I found this a bit shocking so I did some digging. My neighbor inquired about their services and doggy detail told them they could service their house with no problem. This house is right next-door to mine. I then called the company and they stuck with the lie. They stated we do not have a technician in the area to service you. I told them, my neighbor just spoke with you and you were willing to service their house. after I called them out on their lie, they had nothing to say. Essentially, they decided to drop me as a client because I called them out on poor service. This is a company you do not want to do business with.
