My dog Teddy has been going here for two years and they treat him like he is their dog. All the staff know his name and give us reports of his day when we pick him up. Teddy is always so happy when he arrives at Daycare. I highly recommend Doggie Pause.

Doggie Pause is the way to go. I have been bringing my Bassett Hound here since he was a puppy. They're family now. Always taken such good care of him and the pics/events are adorable. I literally couldn't say enough good about them!!!! I'd name names of the favorites, but I think it's doxing to put their entire staff (current and past) on a Google Review lol. Trust me. Go here. I will personally vouch for them. Love you guys!!!!!!!

Doggie Pause always does the best job caring for my chocolate lab, keeping him entertained and loved and protected when I can’t be home with him. The staff is so customer and dog focused, and they have a great balance of healthy exercise, social dog time, quiet time and safety, and I wish he could go there every day! Usually we drop off at 7 ish and pick him up around 2, and he sleeps the whole rest of the day. He makes friends there all the time and so do I! Thank you! ❤️💜💕

My experience with Doggie Pause was consistently poor and I cannot recommend them. For reference, I used their services for about 7 or 8 months, spending well over $1k on boarding in that time. Returning again and again after poor experiences was less than ideal but work had me traveling and I had no alternatives. I read the negative reviews online but chose to ignore them, hoping the feedback would have been applied to improve the experience- I was wrong. I was made to feel high maintenance for wanting a dry dog upon pickup & an unlocked front door during business hours. The staff is scheduled so tightly they all seem overwhelmed and overworked, they have no details to share about your dog’s stay with them, even if that stay included getting attacked by another dog. I really wanted to love this independently-owned business but in this case, the lack of business acumen is glaring and comes at the expense of those paying for the service. Find boarding elsewhere, you’ll be glad you did.

One star as this service is a luxury, though their execution of delivering the service is very far from luxurious.
