This is the first groomer that my dog walked into willingly and she didn't act hysterical. We no longer live in Pueblo but when I go there for appointments, I always try to get in to get my dog's toenails clipped. My experience is that they are really pleasant thorough and fast!

FANTASTIC job! I have an 8 lbs, 13 yr. old very cranky poodle mix, and the crew here did an amazing job grooming her. The puppy-cut is adorable! They also took amazing care of my big retriever mix, who has quite sensitive skin and a miserable undercoat to blow out. Dogs came home so happy, really struting their fancy pants selves! I drive an hour and 20 min to Doggie Do's because They take such good care of my disabled Dog. He looks wonderful. I get the good cologne for my guy he smells amazing.

Have taken my dogs to Heather for years, never an issue. We recently got a cat, and Heather is one of the FEW groomers who take cats and does great. 20+ years experience, very knowledgeable on cuts. If dogs are ever too matted and unable to brush them out she will always shave them for me. And keeping my REGULAR appointments help avoid them getting matted again. She also helps with grooming for the animal rescue. An amazing person!! Highly recommend!!!!

We have 2 cats who need their nails trimmed about every 6 weeks and who make it impossible for my husband and I to do it. It's hard to catch one of them and even get her into the carrier. But once at this groomer, who actually takes cats in to groom, (besides dogs), and she has those nails clipped in no time at all, and does a better job (and for half the price) as the veterinarians we used to use.

This place is a RIP OFF!!. We had a appt at another froomer but by mistake my sister took them to the wrong groomer. My sister said she had a appt and they acted like it was there even though they never has a appt there and never told my sister they didnt have a appt. They charged us $40 more than we were going to pay. Then they kept my dogs collar and said they dont have it now. So there is another $20 down the drain. This place is a rip off and i suggest not using them

I've been taking my dogs and cats herefor years and never ever had a bad experience. Heather has been bathing, brushing out, and occasionally shaving my cats for years. She also does my Yorkies and my Newfoundland, and always does a good job. Her prices are reasonable too. You can expect them to be there for several hours, but that's typical of almost any salon.

Heather has always taken wonderful care of my cats. It can be difficult to find a good cat groomer in Pueblo. All the big chain places like PetsMart won't take cats. Heather is really nice too!
