I went here for 2 years every 5-6 weeks. Loved their service, but ever since they opened new store they’ve become a dog hair cutting mill, numbers over quality.

After specifically noting to not cut my one dogs face they chopped chunks of her up all uneven and didn’t even do a cleaning. She came home full of old fur.
As for my other dog he came home dirty and bad smelling, what happened to the bath

I called and was just told sorry we have a lot of dogs and apologize, no refund ! I don’t ask for refunds but this is second time they’ve done this in 6 weeks.

Sorry to a good business go down so fast. As a service based business owner myself it’s always quality over quantity.

Our dogs are our family not just your dollars.

They are amazing! My dog Boop is very scared and very difficult. Boop is only comfortable with them and they do a great job. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Highly recommend getting your dog groomed here.

Do not take your dog here. Went to pick up my dog after 4 hours since they hadn't called. Nothing had been done. They claimed she was drying and would be ready in a half an hour. When I told them I couldn't wait they brought her out and she hadn't even been washed yet or had her nails clipped. Will never go here again.

Update: My dog was favoring her one ear once I got her home. I went to clean out her ear and found two cotton swabs that had been shoved into her ears and left there by the groomer.

We took our 9 month Goldendoodle Jasmine after reading so many great reviews. I picked up Jasmine and noticed her nose area was showing pink skin and no hair. I didn't worry too much at that time. But in next two days I saw a big bruise on her nose forming with drying blood. There was not just one but two big bruises on her nose bone area where the hair split. It clearly shows the grooming was done roughly. My poor baby must have cried. But the owner Debbie or her the groomer did not tell me this while picking her up. Least they could have done is to inform the dog owner that they had hurt her. Very irresponsible people. Expensive. And they DO NOT CARE FOR YOUR PET.

First time service, very happy with the quality of grooming. My dog seemed to like the place and was not as stressed as usual. Clean, safe environment. Reasonable fees. I will be back with Dottie.

Brought my Shih Tzu in for the first time as I was looking for a new groomer in the area.When I picked him up I was so excited and pleased to see that his face was nicely trimmed because his previous groomer usually has trouble with his facial area. I was overall satisfied until later I noticed a red abrasion near his shoulders. He has a small bump there that was clearly skinned during his cut. When I picked him up no one said anything about the cut or even how his first time there went. It was just a transaction of me picking him up and paying, Im not sure why nothing was said but it was disappointing nonetheless this is the only good picture I got of it because he hardly would let me touch his back seeing as he’s in pain.
