Dog Hotel is amazing! I have been taking one of my dogs, Ariel, there for a year now for daycare twice a week. She gets so excited when I when I remind her it is a “school day” and then always comes home exhausted. She is an Australian Cattle dog so has so much energy to get out! After I started working from home more often, she started to show separation anxiety when I was dropping her off. The team at Dog Hotel worked through this with me and Ariel and we eventually ended up having the transportation team (Joe and Mariana) add Ariel to the morning pickup schedule, which solved everything! Ariel now looks out the window waiting for her ride to “school” 😍

We can’t say enough good things about Dog. Hotel Chicago. Our dog, Amy, has struggled with separation anxiety and hasn’t been well-socialized with other dogs, making it hard to find the right place for her. However, the team at Dog. Hotel has truly been a godsend. They’ve gone above and beyond to provide a safe, loving environment where Amy feels cared for and comfortable.

Amy always comes back happy and full of energy, which speaks to the team’s exceptional care and attention. It’s clear they genuinely love the animals they look after, and that gives us tremendous peace of mind. The facility itself is top-notch — clean, cozy, and welcoming, with thoughtful details that make Amy feel right at home.

My pups and I love this place! I have used their daycare, boarding, and grooming services. The staff have all gone above and beyond in their customer service and how they care for my girls. Also from booking to picking them up is such an easy process. I have a puppy who loves her playtimes here. I also have a blind senior 16 year old little old lady who is on alot of meds and I don’t trust everyone with her. However she had her first boarding stay here and I felt very comfortable she got the best care! Highly recommend!

Dog is truly the best doggy daycare we have tried in Chicago! Our dog Goose sprints in every day and has the best time during his stay, no matter if it’s just a day of daycare or a week of boarding. We feel so confident knowing he’s safe and having fun and never think twice about sending him to Dog. It’s so comforting having somewhere to send Goose where we know they love him just as much as we do. Thanks for everything you guys do!! 🙂

My dog loves it here and I love the flexibility where I can pick him up any time of day or night. I have a weird work schedule and I'm so grateful they're open 24/7! The staff is kind and diligent and cooperative whenever an issue pops up. The webcams are a huge plus, as well. Thanks Dog!

What an amazing experience! The best dog hotel I’ve ever been to.

I always feel at ease knowing that I have a place where my dogs can feel at home when I leave.

The staff is always friendly, gracious and welcoming. So convenient since they’re open 24 hours.

The place is spotless - you would never know there were even dogs in there when you walk into their lobby. It felt like I arrived at the day spa 🙂

Our dogs, Layla and Roscoe and we love the Dog. Hotel! They always come home tired after playing with their friends. Getting to watch them play on the webcam gives us peace of mind that they are having fun and being well cared for. We travel a lot and have them at many other facilities. The staff here is always friendly and professional and check in and check out it quick and seamless.
