Lauri gave our long-haired dachshund Yani a beautiful summer cut. I contacted three other groomers, Dog Holiday responded immediately with an appointment time that worked perfectly.

Jen and Vince are amazing. From the first time we took the dogs to them the dogs have loved them and they return the love for our fur babies. I found their shop by accident and I'm sooo glad we did. Will never go anywhere else.

I have been here quite a few times, I was actually a bit concerned since I like to read lowest reviews first to gain insight on what people do not like about a place. I personally have never gotten my dog groomed here, but have brought him in many times for other things such as nail trims. Every time I have called they always make sure to find a time I can come in, they are always very friendly to both me and my dog, and I can say I have yet to have a bad experience!

Update: I have had my older dog groomed here! (Which was great, especially because a lot of places will not accept dogs past a certain age). They did a terrific job and were finished in a timely manner, which I really like, compared to places where your is left sitting for a while.

I really had a hard time finding a groomer that was patient with my boy. He always liked his bath until I took him to another groomer and she could t even finish she was so stressed and that was stressing out my boy.. Every time I pick him up he's happy and he always looks so well groomed

I have taken my dog here many times and the last couple hair cuts look rushed and horrible. We asked for him to be shaved down which they did to his body but they left his head with long hair. Sadly, I will be looking for another groomer.

Edit: They deflected and blamed my dog for being "Matted" which could not be further from the truth. Also never offered to correct their mistake (Horrible customer service). I wasted $70 for a hair cut I could have done myself. Used them for a long time but quality has been declining over the years. Will never be back.
