I just moved to steamboat springs and needed to leave my 7 year old mix for a few days. he is definitely a mamas boy and is very attached to me. Kathleen and Gary did an amazing job taking care of haze! even though he was nervous at first they made him comfortable and was loving it by day 2. they sent pictures daily and that put my mind at ease knowing he has having the best time and that he was totally okay! i don’t think i will ever take my dog anywhere else while living in steamboat! thank you dog gone ranch!

Kathleen and Gary watched our quirky 9-year old lab for a week. The care they took to be sure Solo was happy, properly fed, exercised, and loved was exceptional. They sent pictures daily. It was clear that Solo was comfortable in their home, on walks, and during his not uncommon refusal to get out of their car. We will gladly use dog gone ranch again. Without hesitation.

Dog Gone Ranch is the best home away from home for dogs that I have ever found! Kathleen and Gary are wonderful, loving, active and so caring with their canine guests. My two lab mix's, Jasmine and Sammy, developed such an affection for them. The environment, home and grounds are a dogs dream. Jas and Sam got long daily walks, warm & cozy sleep areas inside Kathleen & Gary's lovely home, freshly cooked protein on their kibble at meals, and a lot of happy & fun play time! I just can't say enough about Dog Gone Ranch and owners Kathleen & Gary. I'm so grateful that I've found them. Sam and Jas go often, and it's truly the highest quality doggie care in all of Routt county. -Rebecca

Absolutely recommend. Our doberman has separation anxiety and the owner was very accommodating. Our dog absolutely loved this place and now she whines when we get close! Love it!
