My Frenchie has gotten bathed since we got him, and I’ve had him on a strict hygiene schedule. Natalia did an amazing job. She even let me know if a bruised nail and a scratch on his tummy.
Due to health concerns that frenchies naturally have, all his baths had been under 15 minutes. She took about an hour, and it showed!!!
Plus, she took my dog on a walk afterward, so he could relieve himself!

My dogs get very nervous so i decided on a mobile groomer. I came across Natalia through Facebook and contacted her. She was able to book me within 2 weeks. She did an awesome job. She took her time and made them feel at ease. My doggies look so adorable! We have found our new groomer!

This was my puppies first experience with someone other than me clipping her nails because I was so worried someone else wouldn't care as much as me, I told her this but I guess it didn't matter to her because it was her last appointment of the day. I also told her she hasn't had shots yet hoping she would santitize her station but instead she just lectured me about how she could die as she lifted her into the table that multiple other dogs had been on all day! Then put a muzzle on her(she's never had on before)and a rope around her neck so tight she looked like she couldn't move or she would choke herself! Her van was really dark cuz it was 645pm and because she was in a hurry to be done for the day she didn't want to take the two minutes to turn the generator on which allowed the lights to turn on, instead she had her boyfriend hold his flashlight on his cell phone while she cut and filed my babies nails in under 5minutes! My puppy was looking at me the whole time terrified! I went in my house to find my baby wouldn't let me get close to look at her paws she would growl and snip at me which she never does! I looked closer a lil bit later to find that her back paws were BLEEDING!!! Ever since she had her nails cut she has been snipping at everyone and very aggressive!! It's going to take a lot to gain her trust back and teach her not to behave this way all cuz what this woman put her through! I was furious with how she treated me, the cleanliness/quality of her work space, the lack of compassion for my puppy, and the entirety of her services!! I will never recommend her not will I return!!!

I used this dog mobile for the 1st time yesterday , the crew that came out to us is amazing! They made my dog look like a million bucks he was groomed so sharp & Smelled so good . That my husband even noticed. Highly Recommend this service.
