We have whole different dog!
David gets to the root of the problem and is proactive in his training.

We have a 1 year old Rottweiler and 2 young kids. Our dog was leash aggressive, lunging at dogs and cars during walks. In the car, she would bark and hit the window at every dog that walked by, and sometimes even people. She was bossy and pushed until she got her way and we may have spoiled her too much with too much affection and not enough boundaries.

We did the 2 week board and train and it was the best investment we could’ve done!
Now she walks right by our side with a loose leash, doesn’t bark at all in the car, relaxes in the house and listens to her limits with the “curb” command.

I tried all the training on my own and never felt I could get as far as I needed to. This training gave me the foundation and now I can just spend my time reinforcing.

David is the real dog whisperer! Our cairn terrier had difficulty socializing with other dogs due to early puppy trauma, but he taught us how to deal with it in a manner that brought calmness to the high stress situation. Train the owner and the dog! Thank you David!

WOW! David saved our dog's life and taught us the true way to properly train your dog. We had a high anxiety & high aggression German Shepherd/Border Collie/ St. Bernard Mix whom had seemingly no hope, and was on the verge of making us homeless, due to constant barking, among other problems. He taught us that she wasn't the problem, but our lack of knowledge and improper handling was the issue. After the very first 2 hour session we were finally able to get control of her and take her out into the world. Unbelievable! We worked with him for a total of 4 sessions, and by the end of the fourth session she was: heeling at my side, following my commands, staying from 30 feet away and then coming to me on my hand signal. Her aggressive behavior towards humans and dogs has vanished. David is the 3rd trainer that we have came to, and showed us the light when we otherwise may have given up. He is a spectacular trainer, and although to the average dog owner lacking knowledge his methods may seem forceful, it's the most humane way to properly teach your dog right from wrong.

I met David through a referral in my neighborhood. I was told he was better than Cesar Milan. Within 20 minutes I witnessed my dog transform into a focused obedient family dog. I will say there is a lot to learn in one lesson. I did the board and train combination with private lessons. Within 5 sessions my neighbors and friends noticed my dog was 180 degrees turned around. My dogs obedience puppy problems of biting, jumping, barking, leash pulling and potty training were fixed up! My dog wags his tail every time he sees David. Dogs love their Alpha Dog as David explains. His approach of genetics with psychology is an eye opener for those of you who think food treat training is modern learning techniques. I am signing up for off leash training when my puppy is older.

I met David from a friend and client. He highly recommended him after training his labradoodle puppy. David trained my friend's dog from puppy training to Intermediate off leash. I signed up for the same training. My poodle was a puppy. I had him obedience trained at a puppy level. The standard sit, down, stay. walk at my side, no biting, jumping, potty training, call back by name. Then again he was trained at 8 months old for intermediate training. Also I had him off leash trained at the dog beach and parks. I have a dog that I can take to work and travel. Thank you, David

Great experience with David! We recently had our dog re-trained in David's 3 week boarding program! We just recently adopted our male 2 y/o stubborn English springer spaniel who was a quarantine dog from the previous family with serious anxiety that was slowly turning into aggressive behavior from being kept away and not socialized! David's boarding program has helped Finn immensely! Finn is mellow and has now learned dog language so he isn't reactive and scared anymore! He is so excited to see my neighbors and dogs in our complex and has learned to be a calm and relaxed! No longer barks or growls at strangers our out anger or fear! Highly recommend!

My puppy was a crazy puppy that kept me up all night. Needy little poodle that outsmarted me. I was looking for a specific dog trainer with more than pet shop experience. I found David on a Google search for best dog training schools in Orange County. He took my puppy after one lesson to his board and train program. The fist lesson was private to assess my skills with my dog. A two week training boot camp set my dog on the right track to a foundation of learning fast. My dog grew in confidence and stopped the constant barking. Potty training and biting with basic obedience all done. However, my work was not done. Be prepared to have several one on one lessons with David during boot camp to learn your stuff. Thank you David
