Pretty disappointed in how my golden doodle’s cut turned out. The groomer does not know how to shape a golden doodle style haircut. His ears, chin & top of his head are all uneven as well as some of where they shaved him is closer to the skin than other areas so he looks very uneven. When he was picked up, his belly and groin area were not touched at all and we had to go back in to ask for them to finish his grooming. He does smell good and his tail looks nice. They offered 50% off next cut to make up for it, but we will not be back. Do not recommend if you have a golden doodle with curlier hair. I do recommend Bark in Denver if you can make the drive for a golden doodle.

We have been going to Dog Country Grooming for a bit now and have always been happy with their services but today’s session was way above and beyond our expectations! Tiffany is the absolute best. Our 95 pound German Shepard mix has really hard to groom fur (he sheds like crazy and has the thickest undercoat). He came home today absolutely gorgeous and perfectly happy! It was like Chief could tell he looked and smelled great! Special thanks to Tiffany and Dog Country Grooming - y’all are great for our “German-shedder” !

This is the second time they are late or in the case of today, didn’t show. We arrived at 8am for our appointment to an unlocked store. We waited 30 minutes without a call or email and ended up leaving. I left a voice mail and note. But it’s very disconcerting. If I could give zero stars, I would. We will not be returning.

Absolutely Fantastic Service!! My 90 lbs Ausie/Boarder Collie "Appa" has never loved getting groomed EVER. As a mild mannered 14yo dog he would growl and snarl the entire time he was being groomed in the past.... Carrie at Dog Country has some kind of Magical Touch or simply her unconditional love for animals shines through Appa. He comes out just as giddy as a puppy rolling in the tall grass meadows and jumping in the river. I mean seriously I have not seen him so Revitalized walking out of a groomer's salon in 14 years.
Thank you Carrie 9 stars but it only goes to 5... we need more starts for you and like you. Absolutely Amazing!!

After several years of good service and friendly staff, I will be looking elsewhere for my grooming needs.

I arrived twice for my appointment with the store closed and no one in sight and no communication. When someone did arrive, they barely acknowledged me.

Another recent time my dog was there from 2pm to 9pm with no communication from them on what was going on.

I understand that you might be having problems with some of your employees, but the lack of professionalism and communication in light of these problems is a sign that you don't want to be in business.

I had my dog brought here while I was unable to groom him. Usually I do everything myself because of experiences I’ve had at other places. And because elsewhere I’ve found that doodles can be received badly. This was not the case here!! They were very loving, understanding, and compassionate. They took extra time to go at his pace because he came in a little nervous. Very thankful for them giving my boy a good experience!

Please do your doggo a favor and steer clear of this place. We took our two year old Newfoundland/Great Pyrenees dog for grooming and de-shedding. Granted he’s a big dog and has lots of hair but they told me up front to expect for them to have him for about 4 hours. They had him for about 6 1/2 hours with zero communication. I called for an update after 5-6 hours and they still said they needed another hour. I would also speculate they had him kenneled up for an extended period of time as he came home sore and limping. When we arrived he was still being blow dried and who knows what else? Horrible customer service, the groomer was far from friendly and who the hell knows how she treats people’s pets. Seriously pissed at this business….please, please find another groomer with a heart and hope this place goes under, they absolutely deserve to!
